【摘要】：目的:探討升清降濁方對(duì)慢性腎衰患者近期療效及免疫功能的影響。方法:分析2013年1月—2014年6月79例在本院接受治療的慢性腎衰竭患者的臨床資料,對(duì)照組(42例)給予常規(guī)方法進(jìn)行治療,觀察組(37例)在對(duì)照組患者治療基礎(chǔ)上輔以升清降濁方治療。結(jié)果:觀察組治療總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=5.128,P=0.024);觀察組患者中醫(yī)證候積分、BUN、Scr及24 h蛋白尿定量水平明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),觀察組患者GFR水平則高于對(duì)照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,觀察組患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:升清降濁方對(duì)慢性腎功能衰竭的療效較佳且安全有效,促進(jìn)體內(nèi)代謝產(chǎn)物的排出,改善患者腎功能損傷及增強(qiáng)免疫功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Shengqing Jiangzhuo recipe on short-term curative effect and immune function in patients with chronic renal failure.
