【摘要】：宏基因組學(xué)是指直接提取環(huán)境中總DNA,對(duì)微生物基因總和進(jìn)行研究的一門新學(xué)科。宏基因組技術(shù)是研究不可培養(yǎng)微生物的一種新技術(shù),強(qiáng)調(diào)微環(huán)境的整體性,與中醫(yī)學(xué)的宏觀思想不謀而合。因此,若能將宏基因組技術(shù)有效應(yīng)用于中醫(yī)證候?qū)W的研究,將對(duì)于促進(jìn)中醫(yī)證候?qū)W生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)的研究大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Metagenomics is a new subject of direct extraction of total DNA, from the environment to study the sum of microbial genes. Metagenomic technology is a new technology for the study of non-culturable microorganisms, which emphasizes the integrity of microenvironment and coincides with the macroscopical thought of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Therefore, if the metagenomic technique can be applied to the study of TCM syndrome effectively, it will be of great benefit to the study of the biological basis of TCM syndrome.
