【摘要】：潛陽(yáng)治法是中醫(yī)臨床工作中經(jīng)常運(yùn)用的一種治法,多用于虛實(shí)夾雜的慢性消耗性疾病以及病情較為復(fù)雜的治療領(lǐng)域。筆者在研究學(xué)習(xí)葉天士醫(yī)案的過(guò)程中,認(rèn)識(shí)到葉天士于潛陽(yáng)治法有獨(dú)到之處,其法分別從上、中、下三焦入手,視病證不同或單獨(dú)從一焦順勢(shì)收功(如從權(quán)治節(jié)收肅浮陽(yáng)法、培育中宮承納氣火法、益腎填精潛降龍火法等),或兼顧兩焦陰陽(yáng)同調(diào)起效(如脾腎雙調(diào)法,攝納陰火法等)。遣方組藥,簡(jiǎn)約淳樸,具有很高的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Qianyang treatment is often used in the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine, which is often used in the treatment of chronic consumptive diseases and complex diseases. In the process of studying and studying Ye Tianshi's medical records, I realized that Ye Tianshi had its unique features in the Qianyang treatment method, which started from the top, middle and lower triad respectively, depending on the disease or from the one-Jiao homeopathy (for example, collecting the floating-yang method from the rule of power and the festival of power), depending on the disease syndrome or from the one-Jiao homeopathy alone. The method of invigorating kidney filling essence and lowering dragon fire, etc.), or two-focal yin-yang simultaneous modulation (such as spleen-kidney double-tone method, absorption of yin-fire method, etc.).
