【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用自擬方清化泄?jié)釡委熉阅I衰竭濕熱中阻證患者,通過(guò)比較血肌酐、尿素氮下降水平、血紅蛋白等實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查以及改善中醫(yī)癥狀情況來(lái)驗(yàn)證清化泄?jié)釡呐R床療效及安全性。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的72例患者采用隨機(jī)分組法(按1:1比例)分兩組,兩組均等例數(shù),治療組在基礎(chǔ)對(duì)癥治療加服清化泄?jié)釡委?對(duì)照組在同樣對(duì)癥治療基礎(chǔ)上口服海昆腎喜膠囊治療,8周為一療程,觀察一個(gè)療程。觀察兩組病人治療后血肌酐下降水平及改善中醫(yī)臨床癥狀體征情況的變化。結(jié)果:治療后,兩組臨床總體療效對(duì)比:治療組36例中,顯效5例,有效15例,穩(wěn)定10例,無(wú)效6例,總有效率83.33%。對(duì)照組36例中,顯效為5例,有效為11例,穩(wěn)定12例,無(wú)效8例,總有效率77.77%。兩組改善中醫(yī)臨床癥狀比較:治療組顯效例數(shù)為6例,有效例數(shù)為14例,穩(wěn)定例數(shù)為11例,無(wú)效例數(shù)為5例,總有效率可達(dá)到86.11%;對(duì)照組顯效9例,有效10例,穩(wěn)定10例,無(wú)效7例,總有效率80.5%。結(jié)論:清化泄?jié)釡委熉阅I衰竭濕熱中阻證有較好的臨床療效。在改善慢性腎衰竭濕熱中阻證患者的中醫(yī)癥狀、降低肌酐水平、延緩腎功能進(jìn)展等方面有良好的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and safety of clearing away the turbid liquid by comparing the clinical symptoms of the patients with chronic renal failure and damp-heat with the self-prepared clear-away decoction for the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods:72 patients who met the criteria of inclusion were divided into two groups according to the random grouping method (1:1 ratio). The number of the two groups was equal to that of the two groups. The treatment group was treated with a clear and clear decoction on the basis of symptomatic treatment, and the control group was treated by oral administration of the Shenxi capsule on the basis of the same symptomatic treatment, and the 8-week treatment course was a course of treatment. A course of treatment was observed. To observe the level of the reduction of the level of the blood and the sign of the clinical symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group,5 in the treatment group,15 in the effective,10 in the stable,6 in the treatment group and 83.33% in the total effective rate. In the control group,5 cases were effective,11 cases were effective,12 cases were stable,8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 77.77%. The two groups improved the clinical symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine: the effective number of the treatment group is 6, the effective number is 14, the number of the stabilization is 11, the number of the invalid is 5, the total effective rate can reach 86.11%, the control group has the effect of 9 cases, the effective 10 cases, the stable 10 cases, the invalid 7 cases, the total effective rate is 80.5%. Conclusion: The treatment of damp-heat of chronic renal failure has good clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Has good effect in improving the symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine, reducing the level of the muscle and delaying the progression of the renal function, and the like in the damp-heat of the chronic renal failure.
