【摘要】：目的分析急性缺血性腦卒中的中醫(yī)用藥規(guī)律。方法收集2000年1月至2016年5月中醫(yī)藥治療急性缺血性腦卒中的處方,應(yīng)用SPSS Clementine12.0關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,得到藥物頻次、藥物組合、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則等,分析治療急性缺血性腦卒中的用藥規(guī)律。結(jié)果運(yùn)用SPSS Clementine12.0對(duì)篩選出的79首處方進(jìn)行分析,得到治療急性缺血性腦卒中的高頻詞藥物為川芎、大黃、天麻、地龍、丹參、赤芍、甘草、石菖蒲、膽南星、鉤藤、半夏等26味藥物;同時(shí)在S≥14%,C≥82%,L≥1.0條件下挖掘出27個(gè)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,并聚類分析出5個(gè)結(jié)果。結(jié)論急性缺血性腦卒中氣虛血瘀、痰熱腑實(shí)、風(fēng)痰阻絡(luò)最為常見,而補(bǔ)氣活血、祛瘀通絡(luò)、清熱化痰藥在治療上療效明顯,應(yīng)用廣泛。
