【摘要】：目的基于中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng),分析閻洪臣教授治療不寐用藥規(guī)律。方法收集并整理閻洪臣教授治療不寐患者病歷及處方,采用中醫(yī)輔助傳承系統(tǒng)中關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則、聚類分析等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法研究閻洪臣教授治療不寐辨證分型、用藥頻次及其藥物組合規(guī)律,分析閻洪臣教授用藥經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果通過對整理的80例患者的230個處方分析,確定了閻洪臣教授治療不寐的辨證分型、藥物頻次及其關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則。結(jié)論閻洪臣教授治療不寐辨證準確,在辨證基礎(chǔ)上靈活運用安神藥,療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the law of the treatment of non-oral administration by Professor Yan Hongchen based on the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The patient's medical record and prescription were collected and sorted, and the data mining methods such as association rules and cluster analysis in the auxiliary inheritance system of the Chinese medicine were used to study the syndrome differentiation, the frequency of administration and the drug combination rule of Professor Yan Hongchen. Analyze the experience of Professor Yan Hongchen's medication. Results According to the analysis of 230 prescriptions of 80 patients, the syndrome differentiation, the frequency of drug and its association rules were determined. Conclusion Professor Yan Hongchen's treatment is accurate, and has the exact curative effect on the basis of syndrome differentiation.
