【摘要】：目的:欽安盧氏醫(yī)學(xué)認(rèn)為人身所以立命者在于一氣周流,基于此認(rèn)識(shí)結(jié)合《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》和《傷寒雜病論》的原文,探討咳嗽和喘證形成的機(jī)理,并闡明欽安盧氏醫(yī)學(xué)辨治咳嗽和喘證的思路以及用藥的特色。方法:首先通過對(duì)《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》和《傷寒雜病論》中關(guān)于咳嗽和喘證的論述進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,并對(duì)欽安盧氏的著作進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的整理,結(jié)合導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)以及臨床案例的疏理,總結(jié)出咳嗽和喘證形成的機(jī)理以及欽安盧氏醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)咳嗽和喘證的辨治思路和用藥法則。結(jié)果:元?dú)馐侨松淼谋驹?人的生命的生成以及一切生命活動(dòng)都有賴于元?dú)獾淖饔?人的健康是建立在一元之氣周流不息的基礎(chǔ)之上的。而咳嗽和喘證的形成就是由于人感受外邪或者內(nèi)傷導(dǎo)致氣機(jī)在肺的周流不暢所致,這其中最主要的因素就是外受寒邪和(或)內(nèi)傷寒飲。在這個(gè)認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上在辨證論治的思想指導(dǎo)下仲景治療咳嗽和喘證均在肺胃上用藥,而欽安盧氏醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)立了以疏導(dǎo)肺絡(luò)法為主的方法來治療咳嗽和喘證,同時(shí)為了更好的預(yù)防和治療咳嗽和喘證十分強(qiáng)調(diào)病人自身的衣食的養(yǎng)護(hù)和收功法的運(yùn)用,以使元?dú)飧訌?qiáng)健而周流無礙。結(jié)論:仲景與欽安盧氏醫(yī)學(xué)都從一元論的角度認(rèn)識(shí)人的生理和病理,而對(duì)于人體疾病的治療就要在強(qiáng)健元?dú)夂褪柰ㄔ獨(dú)膺\(yùn)行的道路上用力。在咳嗽和喘證的治療上仲景以調(diào)理肺胃,維護(hù)元?dú)鉃榉?而欽安盧氏醫(yī)學(xué)秉承了仲景的治療法則,用疏導(dǎo)肺絡(luò)法疏導(dǎo)肺胃為主兼調(diào)其它臟腑,在病人恢復(fù)期使用四逆法恢復(fù)元?dú)?使得咳嗽和喘證的治療有很長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the mechanism of cough and wheezing syndrome by combining the original text of Huangdi Neijing and Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases, according to Qin an Lu's medical opinion that the person is in the circulation of qi, and based on this understanding and combining with the original text of Huangdi Neijing and the theory of typhoid miscellaneous diseases. The thinking of treating cough and wheezing syndrome and the characteristics of drug use in Qin'an Lu's medicine were also expounded. Methods: the cough and wheezing syndrome were summarized and summarized in Huangdi Neijing and Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases, and the works of Qin'an Lushi were systemically sorted out, combined with the guidance of the tutor and the dredging of clinical cases. This paper summarizes the mechanism of cough and wheeze syndrome and the thinking of differentiation and treatment of cough and wheeze syndrome in Qin'an Lu's medicine. Results: vital energy is the origin of human being, the formation of human life and all life activities depend on the action of vital energy, and human health is based on the endless flow of monistic qi. The formation of cough and wheezing syndrome is caused by the feeling of external evil or internal injury, and the main factor is the external cold evil and / or internal typhoid drink. On the basis of this understanding, under the guidance of the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment, Zhongjing used drugs in the lung and stomach for the treatment of cough and wheezing, while Qin'an Lu's medicine established a method to treat cough and wheezing mainly with the method of soothing and guiding lung collaterals. At the same time, in order to better prevent and treat cough and wheezing syndrome, emphasis is placed on the maintenance of patients' own clothing and food and the application of the method of receiving work, so as to make the vitality stronger and the circulation unhindered. Conclusion: both Zhong Jing and Qin'an Lu's medicine know the physiology and pathology of human beings from the perspective of monism, and the treatment of human diseases should be forced on the road of invigorating vital energy and dredging the operation of invigorating qi. In the treatment of cough and wheezing syndrome, Zhong Jing took regulating the lung and stomach and maintaining vital energy as the method, while Qin an Lu's medicine adhered to the treatment rule of Zhong Jing, and used the method of dredging lung and collaterals to soothe the lungs and stomach as well as adjust other viscera. The treatment of cough and wheezing syndrome has a long-term effect by using the four-inverse method to recover the vital energy during the recovery period of the patient.
