【摘要】：素有“中醫(yī)學(xué)院活字典”之稱的張志遠(yuǎn)先生是集教學(xué)、臨床、科研于一身的一代名醫(yī),先生廣泛涉獵諸子百家,熟稔醫(yī)學(xué)理論,精通刀圭之術(shù),業(yè)醫(yī)七十余載,至今手不釋卷、筆耕不輟、濟(jì)世活人。其對(duì)醫(yī)易相通之論多有寶貴的研究成果,亟須探索以期指導(dǎo)理論研究與臨床實(shí)踐�！灸康摹空硌芯繌堉具h(yuǎn)先生醫(yī)易相通學(xué)術(shù)思想。【方法】采用文獻(xiàn)學(xué)方法整理研究先生的手稿札記、學(xué)術(shù)著作及公開發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文等資料,撰寫研究論文�！窘Y(jié)果】本論文包括三大部分:“生平”“治學(xué)”“醫(yī)易相通學(xué)術(shù)思想”。(1)生平:介紹求學(xué)行醫(yī)經(jīng)歷及著述。(2)治學(xué)精神:總結(jié)為“勤學(xué)博覽”“實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新”“與時(shí)俱進(jìn)”。(3)學(xué)術(shù)思想:概括為“醫(yī)易基本范疇界定”“思維模式的構(gòu)建”“太極生命觀的形成”“陰陽學(xué)說的奠立”“六經(jīng)辨證的啟發(fā)”“醫(yī)易相通指導(dǎo)診治思路與方法”六個(gè)方面。【結(jié)論】研究結(jié)果表明,易具醫(yī)之理,醫(yī)得易之用,除了易學(xué)的思維方式滲透在中醫(yī)理論體系和具體的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用中,醫(yī)易相通之說最為精湛的便是八卦及六十四別卦蘊(yùn)含的陰陽理論對(duì)中醫(yī)的陰陽學(xué)說構(gòu)建產(chǎn)生了巨大影響,中醫(yī)又在實(shí)踐中對(duì)其進(jìn)行充分的闡述和論證,使得醫(yī)易相得益彰。
[Abstract]:Known as the "College of traditional Chinese Medicine living Dictionary," Mr. Zhang Zhiyuan is a generation of famous doctors who have integrated teaching, clinical practice, and scientific research. Mr. Zhang has extensive knowledge of all kinds of schools of medicine, is familiar with medical theory, has mastered the skill of knife Gui, and has been practicing medicine for more than 70 years. Up to now, he has never released his books. The pen is ploughing, and the world is alive. It has a lot of valuable research results on the theory of interconnectedness of medicine and ease of treatment. There is an urgent need to explore with a view to guiding theoretical research and clinical practice. [objective] to collate and study the academic thoughts of Mr. Zhang Zhiyuan's medical exchange. [methods] collate the notes of Mr. Zhang Zhiyuan's manuscripts by means of philology. Materials such as academic works and public publication of academic papers, [results] this paper consists of three parts: "Life", "study", "academic thought of Yi". (1) Life: introduction to the experience and writing of medical practice. (2) the spirit of study: summarized as "." (3) academic thought: "defining the basic categories of Medical change", "the Construction of thinking Mode", "the formation of Taiji's View of Life", "the Foundation of Yin-Yang Theory" and "six Scriptures". The enlightenments of differentiation of symptoms and signs "guiding the thinking and method of diagnosis and treatment" are six aspects. [conclusion] the results of the study show that: Easy to have the theory of medicine, easy to use, except that the way of thinking of easy-to-learn permeates in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and specific practical application, The most exquisite theory of Yi-Yi is that the theory of Yin-Yang contained in eight-gossip and 64-not-gossip has a great influence on the construction of Yin-Yang theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and it has been fully expounded and demonstrated in practice by TCM, which makes medicine and Yi complement each other.
