中藥針刺對老年高血壓腦出血微創(chuàng)手術后早期治療的臨床研究

【摘要】：目的:觀察微創(chuàng)手術聯合超早期中藥針灸治療老年高血壓腦出血的臨床療效。材料與方法:收集遼寧中醫(yī)神經外科2014年至2015年兩年間符合高血壓腦出且未發(fā)生嚴重的神經功能損害的可以進行微創(chuàng)手術的老年患者。將60例符合納入標準的患者按照入院時間先后隨機分到三組,一組為針藥治療組,一組為中藥治療組,另一組為對照組。對照組采用微創(chuàng)手術和常規(guī)西醫(yī)內科治療,針藥治療組在對照的基礎上根據患者的臨床辨證予以中藥治療,同時予以頭針、電針、眼針、體針綜合針灸早期治療,中藥治療組是在對照組的基礎上僅予以中藥治療。觀察患者的神經功能缺損改變情況來評價中西醫(yī)結合療法對于老年高血壓腦出患者的治療效果。利用SPSS17.0進行數據統(tǒng)計。結果:三組治療均有效,且針藥治療組對于神經功能缺損的程度大于其他兩組。結論:微創(chuàng)手術聯合超早期中藥針灸治療老年人高壓腦出血對于神經功能缺損有明顯療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive operation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on senile hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Materials and methods: from 2014 to 2015, the elderly patients who were in accordance with hypertensive brain output and did not have serious neurological damage were collected from the neurosurgery department of Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine. According to the admission time, 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups, one group was treated with acupuncture and medicine, one group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, the other group was control group. In the control group, the patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive surgery and conventional western medicine. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine according to the clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs, and at the same time, they were treated with scalp acupuncture, electroacupuncture, eye acupuncture and body acupuncture. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is on the basis of the control group only given traditional Chinese medicine treatment. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on senile hypertensive patients with cerebral effusions by observing the changes of neurologic function of the patients. Make use of SPSS17.0 to carry on the data statistics. Results: all three groups were effective, and the degree of nerve function defect in acupuncture treatment group was greater than that in the other two groups. Conclusion: minimally invasive operation combined with ultra-early Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of high-pressure cerebral hemorrhage in the elderly.
