【摘要】：目的:探討挑治療法聯(lián)合酸棗仁湯對(duì)睡眠障礙患者神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌、認(rèn)知功能影響及療效。方法:選自醫(yī)院于2015年1月—2016年1月期間收治的睡眠障礙患者96例,依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為觀察組48例與對(duì)照組48例。對(duì)照組給予酸棗仁湯,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合挑治療法。兩組療程均為4周。結(jié)果:兩組ACTH(促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素)、CRH(促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素釋放激素)、TRH(促甲狀腺激素釋放激素)、GnRH(促性腺激素釋放激素)水平治療后均下降(P0.05);觀察組ACTH、CRH、TRH、GnRH水平治療后低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組睡眠時(shí)間、睡眠障礙、睡眠效率、入睡時(shí)間、睡眠質(zhì)量評(píng)分治療后均下降(P0.05);觀察組睡眠時(shí)間、睡眠障礙、睡眠效率、入睡時(shí)間、睡眠質(zhì)量評(píng)分治療后低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);兩組Mo CA評(píng)分治療后均增加(P0.05);觀察組Mo CA評(píng)分治療后高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組治療總有效率(87.50%)高于對(duì)照組(70.83%)(P0.05);兩組心電圖、血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)、肝腎功能均未見異常,且無明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:挑治療法聯(lián)合酸棗仁湯治療睡眠障礙患者療效顯著,可改善患者認(rèn)知功能,改善患者神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌,且安全可靠,值得研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of selective therapy combined with Suanzaoren decoction on neuroendocrine and cognitive function in patients with sleep disorders. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2016, 96 patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). The control group was given Suanzaoren decoction, and the observation group was combined with selective therapy on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks. Results: the levels of ACTH (corticotropin-releasing hormone (), CRH (), corticotropin-releasing hormone (), TRH (), thyrotropin-releasing hormone (), GnRH (), gonadotropin-releasing hormone (), GnRH () in both groups decreased after treatment (P0.05). The level of ACTH,CRH,TRH,GnRH in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group (P0.05), and the sleep time, sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, sleep time and sleep quality score in the two groups decreased after treatment (P0.05). The sleep time, sleep disorder, sleep efficiency, sleep time, sleep quality score after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and the Mo CA scores in the two groups increased after treatment (P0.05). The Mo CA score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the total effective rate of the observation group (87.50%) was higher than that of the control group (70.83%) (P0.05). ECG, blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function were not abnormal in the two groups, and there were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: pickling therapy combined with Suanzaoren decoction can improve the cognitive function and neuroendocrine function of patients with sleep disorders, and it is safe and reliable.
