【摘要】：介紹李錫光教授治療冠心病的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。李教授認(rèn)為冠心病的病因病機(jī)為氣陰兩虛,瘀血阻絡(luò)。根據(jù)病因病機(jī)擬定益氣養(yǎng)陰、活血通絡(luò)的治療原則,創(chuàng)養(yǎng)心通脈方應(yīng)用于臨床,收到較好療效。注重辨病與辨證相結(jié)合,利用現(xiàn)代檢查設(shè)備,見微知著,可從患者癥狀、生化、心電圖及心臟彩超等方面去判斷疾病療效及預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces professor Li Xiguang's experience in treating coronary heart disease. Professor Li believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is deficiency of both qi and yin, and blood stasis obstructs collaterals. According to the etiology and pathogenesis of the treatment principles of replenishing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood circulation and clearing collaterals, Chuangyangxintongmai recipe was applied in clinic, and good curative effect was obtained. Paying attention to the combination of differentiation of disease and differentiation of symptoms and signs, using modern examination equipment, we can judge the curative effect and prognosis of the disease from the aspects of patient's symptom, biochemistry, electrocardiogram and heart color Doppler.
