【摘要】：目的:觀察水調(diào)散聯(lián)合克痹骨泰片治療痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎急性發(fā)作期的治療效果。通過治療前后的血尿酸及癥狀體征評分的差異,探究水調(diào)散及克痹骨泰片在痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎急性發(fā)作期治療中的機(jī)理。材料與方法:通過遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院慢病二科門診收集32例濕熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)型痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎急性發(fā)作期的患者,予水調(diào)散聯(lián)合克痹骨泰片治療,以7天為一個(gè)觀察周期,觀察并記錄其治療前后血尿酸指標(biāo)并對其治療前后的癥狀體征進(jìn)行評分。結(jié)果:1.經(jīng)治療后,總有效率為93.75%。說明本方案對痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎急性發(fā)作期患者的病情有效。2.患者癥狀體征評分較治療前有顯著差異(P0.05),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。可見,本方案在對于急性期的治療有效果,可以減輕患者痛苦。其中,對于紅腫情況的改善效果最為明顯。3.患者在治療前后SUA水平比較無明顯差異(P0.05),無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。故水調(diào)散聯(lián)合克痹骨泰片的治療方案降血尿酸效果不佳。結(jié)論:水調(diào)散聯(lián)合克痹骨泰片對于濕熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)型痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎急性發(fā)作期的治療方案在緩解急性痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床癥狀及體征方面效果顯著,可以幫助患者有效緩解急性期病情,為接下來的緩解期降尿酸治療打好基礎(chǔ)。且本治療方案相比西藥治療副作用少,推薦臨床使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Shuixiao Powder combined with Kebi Gutai tablet on acute onset of gouty arthritis. According to the difference of serum uric acid and symptom and sign score before and after treatment, the mechanism of ShuijiaoSan and Kebi Gutai tablets in the treatment of gouty arthritis in acute attack stage was explored. Materials and methods: 32 patients with acute gouty arthritis of damp-heat accumulation type were collected from the second Department of chronic Diseases, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine, and treated with Shuixiao Powder combined with Kepi Gutai tablet for 7 days as an observation period. The indexes of uric acid before and after treatment were observed and recorded, and the symptoms and signs before and after treatment were evaluated. Results: 1. After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.75%. It is indicated that this scheme is effective in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis patients. 2. The scores of symptoms and signs of the patients were significantly different from those before treatment (P0.05), with statistical significance. Visible, this program in the acute phase of the treatment has an effect, can alleviate the pain of the patient. Among them, the improvement effect of redness is the most obvious. 3. There was no significant difference in SUA level before and after treatment (P0.05), there was no statistical significance. Therefore, the treatment scheme of water dispelling powder combined with Kebi Gutai tablet is not effective in lowering blood uric acid. Conclusion: the combination of Shuixiao Powder and Kebi Gutai tablet is effective in relieving the clinical symptoms and signs of acute gouty arthritis in the acute stage of onset of gouty arthritis caused by damp-heat accumulation, and the therapeutic regimen is effective in relieving the clinical symptoms and signs of acute gouty arthritis. It can help the patients to relieve the acute phase effectively, and lay a good foundation for the treatment of uric acid reduction in the subsequent remission period. Compared with western medicine, this treatment scheme has fewer side effects, and it is recommended for clinical use.
