【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)觀察熱敏灸對(duì)自主神經(jīng)功能的影響,探討熱敏灸治療冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化型心臟病(冠心病)患者的熱敏化腧穴的臨床療效。方法:收集江西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院2013年6月至2015年6月冠心病患者病例60例。所有患者均采用熱敏灸治療30d,通過(guò)平板運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)、動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖等檢測(cè)患者治療前后心律變異性(HRV)和心臟變時(shí)性的變化。結(jié)果:患者通過(guò)熱敏灸治療后HRV時(shí)域指標(biāo)值(總體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、差值均方根,超過(guò)50ms的百分比)比治療前明顯增高(P0.05),心臟變時(shí)性功能不全(最快心率與最慢心率差值)明顯低于治療前(P0.01)。結(jié)論:熱敏灸對(duì)冠心病患者自主神經(jīng)功能有一定影響,熱敏灸可以治療冠心病患者的熱敏化腧穴,有望成為一種安全、便捷、高效的冠心病治療新方法。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on autonomic nerve function and to explore the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (coronary heart disease). Methods: from June 2013 to June 2015, 60 patients with coronary heart disease were collected from affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine. All patients were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion for 30 days. The changes of cardiac rhythm variability (HRV) and cardiac chronochronicity were measured by treadmill exercise test and dynamic electrocardiogram before and after treatment. Results: after treatment with heat-sensitive moxibustion, the time-domain index value of HRV (the total standard deviation, the difference was all square root, exceeding the percentage of 50ms) was significantly higher than that before treatment (P0.05). The difference between the fastest heart rate and the slowest heart rate was significantly lower than that before treatment (P0.01). Conclusion: thermosensitive moxibustion has a certain effect on autonomic nerve function of patients with coronary heart disease. Thermosensitive moxibustion may be a safe, convenient and efficient method for treatment of coronary heart disease because it can be used to treat heat-sensitized acupoints in patients with coronary heart disease.
