【摘要】：內(nèi)分泌治療是激素受體陽性乳腺癌患者的常用治療方式,其主要副反應(yīng)為升高心血管疾病、子宮內(nèi)膜病變、藥物性肝損傷、類更年期綜合征、骨質(zhì)疏松等風(fēng)險,中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)能有效緩解此類副反應(yīng)。介紹上調(diào)心肺干預(yù)心血管副反應(yīng)、中調(diào)肝脾干預(yù)子宮內(nèi)膜病變與藥物性肝損傷、下調(diào)腎元干預(yù)類更年期綜合征與骨質(zhì)疏松的上中下分調(diào)干預(yù)乳腺癌內(nèi)分泌治療期副反應(yīng)的中醫(yī)治法。
[Abstract]:Endocrine therapy is commonly used in patients with hormone receptor positive breast cancer. Its main side effects are to increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, endometrial lesion, drug-induced liver injury, menopause syndrome, osteoporosis, and so on. Chinese medicine intervention can effectively alleviate such side effects. The effects of cardiopulmonary intervention on cardiovascular side effects, middle regulating liver and spleen on endometrial lesions and drug-induced liver injury were introduced. The treatment of side effects in endocrine therapy of breast cancer by down-regulating the upper, middle and lower regulation of renal element intervention in menopausal syndrome and osteoporosis.
