【摘要】：山藥和黃芪均為臨床常用中藥,故基于藥對(duì)配伍原則、藥組合特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)代研究認(rèn)識(shí)等通過研究歷代及近現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn),對(duì)山藥和黃芪配伍組成的現(xiàn)代科學(xué)內(nèi)涵及其臨床運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了分析與探討,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)山藥和黃芪配伍在補(bǔ)脾滋陰、補(bǔ)氣升提和固精止瀉、補(bǔ)肺滋陰方面具有一定的臨床意義,并對(duì)治療消渴、胃痛、泄瀉、咳嗽及氣喘等具有一定的臨床指導(dǎo)作用,希望這一結(jié)論能對(duì)山藥和黃芪的臨床配伍運(yùn)用及科研提供參考。
[Abstract]:Chinese yam and Astragalus membranaceus are commonly used in clinical medicine. Therefore, based on the principle of compatibility, the characteristics of drug combination and the understanding of modern research, we have studied the literature of past dynasties and modern times. The modern scientific connotation and clinical application of the compatibility of Chinese yam and Astragalus were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the compatibility of Chinese yam and astragalus had certain clinical significance in reinforcing spleen and nourishing yin, invigorating qi and raising extract, reinforcing essence and stopping diarrhea, and tonifying lung and nourishing yin. It has a certain clinical guidance function in the treatment of thirst, stomachache, diarrhea, cough and asthma. It is hoped that this conclusion can provide a reference for the clinical application and scientific research of Chinese yam and Astragalus membranaceus.
