【摘要】：目的了解晚期早產兒母親中醫(yī)體質類型分布情況,為預防早產提供思路。方法隨機抽取2015年10月至2016年9月在重慶市婦幼保健院分娩的晚期早產兒126例,采用中華中醫(yī)藥學會頒布的《中醫(yī)體質分類與判定》標準對其母親進行問卷調查、體質評估。結果 126例晚期早產兒母親體質中陽虛質占25.84%,氣虛質占21.91%,與平和質比較,差異有統計學意義(P0.05)。偏頗質占82.54%,與平和質比較,差異有統計學意義(P0.01)。結論早產兒母親中偏頗體質較多,陽虛質和氣虛質為早產兒母親的多發(fā)體質。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of TCM physique types of late premature infants and to provide ideas for preventing premature delivery. Methods A total of 126 cases of late premature infants were randomly selected from October 2015 to September 2016 in Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. Their mothers were investigated and evaluated with the criteria of TCM Constitution Classification and judgment issued by the Chinese Society of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Results the physical constitution of 126 late premature infants was 25.84 in Yang deficiency and 21.91 in Qi deficiency. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Partial quality accounted for 82.54, compared with peaceful quality, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion the preterm mothers have more biased constitution, and yang deficiency and qi deficiency are the multiple physiques of preterm mothers.
