【摘要】：目的:通過對壯醫(yī)藥線點(diǎn)灸治療的痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者病歷資料的分析,探討該療法對痛風(fēng)一病的治療后療效情況,并找到與療效相關(guān)性較高的指標(biāo),為建立壯醫(yī)藥線點(diǎn)灸治療痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效評價(jià)方法提供參考依據(jù)。方法:選取202份壯醫(yī)藥線點(diǎn)灸治療痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的患者門診病歷,挑選患者治療后的實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查指標(biāo)、治療后癥狀評分、舌脈象以及治療后療效評價(jià)得分進(jìn)行BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建模、聚類分析和pearson相關(guān)性分析研究,并分析結(jié)果。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過三種數(shù)據(jù)分析方法分析后得到三組與治療后療效評價(jià)相關(guān)的指標(biāo)排列,在組間尋找交集后得出對藥線點(diǎn)灸治療痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎治療后療效評價(jià)具有參考價(jià)格的指標(biāo),影響力由大到小依次為:關(guān)節(jié)疼痛指數(shù)評分、關(guān)節(jié)紅腫程度評分、關(guān)節(jié)活動度指數(shù)評分、血尿酸、血沉、血紅蛋白、尿紅細(xì)胞、尿隱血、肌酐以及從體征上看舌暗紅、舌紅、脈滑、苔薄、脈沉、舌淡。結(jié)論:以上指標(biāo)在壯醫(yī)藥線點(diǎn)灸治療痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎療效評估體系的構(gòu)建中,具有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the medical records of the patients with gouty arthritis treated with Zhuang medical thread moxibustion, and to explore the curative effect of the treatment on gout 1 disease, and to find the index with high correlation with the curative effect. To provide reference for the evaluation of curative effect of line moxibustion on gouty arthritis. Methods: a total of 202 outpatient medical records of patients with gouty arthritis treated with suture moxibustion of Zhuang medicine were selected, and the laboratory examination indexes, symptom score, tongue pulse and evaluation scores of curative effect after treatment were selected to model the model of BP neural network. Cluster analysis and pearson correlation analysis, and analysis results. Results: after the analysis of three data analysis methods, the indexes related to the curative effect evaluation of the three groups were obtained. After searching for the intersection among the groups, the index of the curative effect evaluation after the treatment of gouty arthritis treated with moxibustion was obtained, and the index of reference price was obtained. The order of influence is: joint pain index, joint redness, joint activity index, blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hemoglobin, urine red blood cell, urine occult blood, creatinine and, from sign, tongue dark red, tongue red. Smooth veins, thin fur, heavy veins, light tongue. Conclusion: the above indexes have important reference value in the establishment of evaluation system of curative effect of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion on gouty arthritis.
