【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在評定背俞艾灸療法治療胃食管反流病(GERD)的臨床療效,為中醫(yī)治療本病提供臨床依據(jù),積極探索中醫(yī)藥治療本病的新方法。方法:將納入的59例GERD患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組39例,對照組30例。觀察組以背俞艾灸療法治療,對照組以枸櫞酸莫沙必利分散片聯(lián)合蘭索拉唑腸溶片治療。療程2周。觀察反流癥狀變化、伴隨癥狀變化、綜合療效及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果:觀察組和對照組癥狀評分較治療前均明顯降低,組內(nèi)比較,治療后與治療前比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);組間比較,觀察組伴隨癥狀積分降低較對照組明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),反流癥狀積分改善及綜合療效與對照組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療期間,兩組均出現(xiàn)了不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:背俞艾灸療法能明顯改善胃食管反流病(GERD)患者癥狀和生活質(zhì)量,在改善伴隨癥狀上優(yōu)于西藥組,機(jī)理在于作用于背俞穴能調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)臟腑樞機(jī)功能,即“以俞調(diào)樞”,提示背俞艾灸療法作為治療胃食管反流病的新的治療方法值得進(jìn)一步研究和臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of backshu moxibustion therapy on gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), to provide clinical basis for TCM treatment of GERD, and to explore a new method of TCM treatment for GERD. Methods: 59 patients with GERD were randomly divided into observation group (n = 39) and control group (n = 30). The observation group was treated with moxibustion therapy and the control group with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The changes of reflux symptoms, accompanied symptoms, comprehensive efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results: the symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the improvement of reflux symptom score and the comprehensive curative effect were not statistically significant compared with the control group (P0.05). Adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment. Conclusion: Backshu moxibustion therapy can obviously improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and is superior to the western medicine group in improving the associated symptoms. It is suggested that the moxibustion therapy with back-shu as a new method for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is worthy of further study and clinical application.
