必利勁聯(lián)合蠶茸柱天膠囊治療腎氣不固證早泄患者的療效觀察

【摘要】：目的：通過觀察必利勁(鹽酸達(dá)泊西汀片)聯(lián)合蠶茸柱天膠囊治療腎氣不固證早泄患者的療效,探討中西結(jié)合治療對(duì)于改善早泄患者癥狀以及提高生活質(zhì)量的療效。方法：根據(jù)研究設(shè)計(jì)選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例進(jìn)行治療及觀察,所有患者均來自2015年3月至2015年12月于廣州中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院泌尿外科男科門診就診的患者。被篩選的患者中,合格的有78例,經(jīng)過隨機(jī)數(shù)字表的查閱,患者被隨機(jī)分入三組——治療組、對(duì)照組A及對(duì)照組B,病例數(shù)均為26人。三個(gè)組均記錄患者的年齡、CIPE-5評(píng)分(中國(guó)早泄患者性功能評(píng)價(jià)表)以及IELT(射精潛伏時(shí)間)所有的數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理,組間的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(PO.05)。三組患者分別給予藥物治療,治療方法如下：①治療組：必利勁(30mg po性生活前2小時(shí))十蠶茸柱天膠囊(2粒po bid 4周)；②對(duì)照組A：蠶茸柱天膠囊(2粒po bid 4周)③對(duì)照組B：必利勁(30mg po性生活前2小時(shí))。患者在1個(gè)月后門診復(fù)診,了解病情及再次記錄CIPE-5評(píng)分、記錄IELT等。成果：門診復(fù)診的患者三組共有75例(三組均有1例脫失)均詢問病史、記錄CIPE-5評(píng)分、記錄患者IELT。所有數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理,①關(guān)于CIPE-5評(píng)分(分)：治療組平均評(píng)分由治療前的(10.54±2.70)提高到(21.28±5.84),對(duì)照組A平均評(píng)分由治療前的(10.46±2.90)提高到(17.40±6.52),對(duì)照組B平均評(píng)分由治療前的(10.62±2.82)提高到(17.20±6.34),組內(nèi)比較三組均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),組間比較：治療組與對(duì)照組A組間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組與對(duì)照組B組間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),對(duì)照組A與對(duì)照組B組間不存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。②關(guān)于IELT(分)：治療組平均時(shí)間由治療前(0.95±0.40)延長(zhǎng)至(3.16±1.13),對(duì)照組A平均時(shí)間由治療前(1.00±0.40)延長(zhǎng)至(2.43±1.24),對(duì)照組B平均時(shí)間由治療前(0.97±0.40)延長(zhǎng)至(2.33±1.22),組內(nèi)比較三組均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),組間比較：治療組與對(duì)照組A組間存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組與對(duì)照組B組間存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),對(duì)照組A與對(duì)照組B之間不存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。③治療后,治療組有效率為88%,對(duì)照組A有效率為68%,對(duì)照組B有效率為64%,經(jīng)比較,治療組有效率高于對(duì)照組A和對(duì)照組B,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而對(duì)照組A和對(duì)照組B的有效率無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論：必利勁聯(lián)合蠶茸柱天膠囊對(duì)于改善腎氣不固證早泄患者癥狀比單一服用蠶茸柱天膠囊或者單一服用必利勁的療效更加明顯,有效率更高。中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療早泄,優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of pirijin (dapoxetine hydrochloride) combined with silkworm antler Zhutian capsule in treating premature ejaculation with kidney qi deficiency syndrome, and to explore the effect of Chinese and western combination therapy on improving symptoms and quality of life of patients with premature ejaculation. Methods: according to the design of the study, the patients who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were selected for treatment and observation. All the patients were from the outpatient clinic of urology department of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to December 2015. Among the selected patients, 78 cases were qualified. The patients were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group, control group A and control group B, with 26 cases. All the data of age, CIPE-5 score (sexual function evaluation table) and IELT (ejaculation latency time) of the three groups were statistically analyzed. There was no significant difference between the three groups (PO.05). Three groups of patients were given drug treatment as follows: 1 treatment group: pirijin (2 hours before 30mg po sexual life) 10 silkworm antler column days capsule (2 po bid 4 weeks); 2control group A: silkworm antler column days capsule (2 po bid 4 weeks) 3 control group B: pirigin (2 hours before 30mg po sexual life). After one month, the patients were followed up in outpatient clinic to understand the condition and record the CIPE-5 score, IELT and so on. Results: 75 patients in all three groups were asked for medical history, CIPE-5 score was recorded and IELT. was recorded in all three groups. There were significant differences among the three groups (P0.05). The comparison between the treatment group and the control group A was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group and the control group B had statistical significance (P0.05). There was no significant difference between control group A and control group B (P0.05). 3 after treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 88kum, the effective rate of control group A was 68, the effective rate of control group B was 64 cents. The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group A and control group B, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), while the effective rate of control group A and control group B had no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: the effect of pirijin combined with silkworm antler zhutian capsule on improving the symptoms of premature ejaculation patients with kidney qi is more obvious and the effective rate is higher than that of taking silkworm antler zhutian capsule alone or taking pirijin alone. The treatment of premature ejaculation with integrated Chinese and western medicine has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion.
