【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,傳統(tǒng)的以"疾病"為主的模式已不能解決日益復(fù)雜的健康問題。從健康與否的角度講,人體的整個(gè)生命過程就處于健康與疾病兩種狀態(tài)的相互轉(zhuǎn)化之中。當(dāng)機(jī)體受到內(nèi)外環(huán)境的刺激時(shí),通過陰陽的自我調(diào)整,人體臟腑、經(jīng)絡(luò)、氣血等功能保持正常,機(jī)體處于"平"的狀態(tài),即"陰平陽秘",為未病狀態(tài);若機(jī)體出現(xiàn)了偏差,但陰陽自和的調(diào)節(jié)能力(代償和調(diào)整)尚能調(diào)節(jié),機(jī)體陰陽接近平衡,為欲病狀態(tài),是介于未病與已病之間的狀態(tài);當(dāng)外在刺激或體內(nèi)的應(yīng)激超過了陰陽自和的能力,人體的臟腑、經(jīng)絡(luò)、氣血的功能出現(xiàn)了偏頗,機(jī)體處于"陰陽失衡"狀態(tài),為已病狀態(tài);欲病態(tài)和已病態(tài)均屬于"偏"的狀態(tài)。因此從狀態(tài)入手認(rèn)識人體是把握健康的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:With the change of modern medical model, the traditional "disease" mode can not solve the increasingly complex health problems. From the point of view of health or not, the whole process of human life is in the mutual transformation of health and disease. When the body is stimulated by the internal and external environment, through the self-adjustment of Yin and Yang, the functions of the body's viscera, meridians, qi and blood are kept normal, and the body is in a "flat" state, that is, "yin to calm the yang", which is not ill; If there is a deviation in the body, but the regulating ability of the self-sum of Yin and Yang (compensation and adjustment) can still be regulated, the body is close to balance of Yin and Yang, which is the state of desire disease, which is between the undiseased and the diseased. When the external stimulation or internal stress exceeds the ability of self-harmony of yin and yang, the function of the body's viscera, meridians, qi and blood is biased, and the body is in the state of "yin and yang imbalance", which is a sick state; Desire sickness and already morbid both belong to "partial" state. Therefore, starting from the state of understanding the human body is the key to grasp health.
