【摘要】：目的:建中、理中二法是鄭欽安對仲景建中湯類方和理中湯的學術內涵和臨床應用的發(fā)揮,本文旨在闡明鄭欽安運用建中、理中二法的理論基礎,總結鄭欽安運用建中、理中二法的特點,為進一步加深對鄭欽安學術思想的認識,提高臨床診療水平。方法:建中、理中二法安立在“中”上,本文先通過中國傳統(tǒng)文化有關對“中”的理解,再延伸到醫(yī)理上對“中”的認識,加深對建中、理中二法的理解。然后通過建中湯類、理中湯類相關原文、鄭欽安相關著作進行研究,找出鄭欽安運用建中、理中二法的理論基礎,并進行歸納、整理。最后,對鄭欽安之著作進行分析,總結其臨床辨證之特色,運用建中、理中二法的思路。結果:經過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)鄭欽安重視“中土”的思想與傳統(tǒng)文化對中的重視有著甚深的淵源,其運用建中、理中二法的理論基礎,在于其對人身陰陽合一之道的深刻認識,注重在先天之元陰元陽上探取盛衰,重視后天以脾胃中土立極,認為形成人體的先天太極之體在人出生后就隱寓于中,即真氣立極之所,人之宥密處,又稱為黃庭黃中,與中宮脾胃有密切聯(lián)系。在臨床應用時,鄭欽安重視以陰陽為實據(jù),辨證施治,權衡輕重,分上中下三部扶陽之法,而且重視中焦道路之通暢,使上下交通,陰陽得以合和。結論:傳統(tǒng)文化對“中”的認識,落實到醫(yī)理上,則為求陰陽之合和,而欽安之學,始終強調要以探討陰陽之消長盈虛為本,不可執(zhí)于后天五行生克上。人身陰陽合一之道,當于此思索探悟,醫(yī)道漸明,陰陽識透,方可不拘泥一方一藥矣。
[Abstract]:Objective: Jianzhong, Li Zhonger method is Zheng Qinan's academic connotation and clinical application of Zhongjing Jianzhong decoction and its clinical application. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the theoretical basis of Zheng Qinan's application of Jianzhong and Lizhong two methods, and to summarize Zheng Qinan's application of Jianzhong. The characteristics of Lizhong two methods are to deepen the understanding of Zheng Qinan's academic thought and to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Jianzhong, Lizhong and Anli were in "Zhong". This article, through the understanding of Chinese traditional culture about "Zhong", then extended to the understanding of "Zhong" in medical theory to deepen the understanding of Jianzhong and Lizhong two methods. Then through Jianzhong Tang, Li Zhong Tang related original, Zheng Qinan related works to study, find out Zheng Qinan application of Jianzhong, Lizhong two methods of the theoretical basis, and summarized, collated. Finally, the author analyzes Zheng Qinan's works, summarizes the characteristics of his clinical differentiation, and applies the methods of Jianzhong and Lizhong. Results: through the study, it was found that Zheng Qinan's thought of attaching importance to "China" had a deep origin with that of traditional culture. The theoretical basis of his application of Jianzhong and Lizhong methods lies in his profound understanding of the way of integrating yin and yang. Pay attention to exploring the rise and fall on the Yuan Yin and Yuan Yang, pay attention to the earth in the spleen and stomach the day after tomorrow, and think that the body of the innate Taiji that forms the human body is hidden in the place after the birth of the human being, that is, the place where the true qi stands the pole, and the secret place of the human being, also known as the Huang Ting Huang Zhong, It is closely related to the spleen and stomach of Zhonggong. In clinical application, Zheng Qinan attached importance to Yin and Yang as the actual evidence, dialectical treatment, weighing the weight, divided into three parts of the law of supporting Yang, but also attached importance to the smooth of the road, so that up and down the traffic, Yin and Yang can be reconciled. Conclusion: the understanding of "Zhong" in traditional culture is to seek the harmony of Yin and Yang, but the study of Qin Anzhi always emphasizes on the discussion of the deficiency of Yin and Yang, and cannot hold on to the five elements of the day after tomorrow. Body Yin-Yang integration of the way, when thinking and understanding, medicine gradually clear, Yin-Yang knowledge, can not be rigidly one side of the drug.
