【摘要】：目的:在中醫(yī)理論的指導(dǎo)下,觀察全國(guó)名老中醫(yī)郭文勤教授自擬方連礞湯灌腸治療痰瘀交阻型室性早搏(PVCs)的臨床療效及安全性,通過相關(guān)指標(biāo)的剖析,探討連礞湯灌腸法在中醫(yī)臨床上的可行性及使用價(jià)值。方法:將符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的黑龍江省中醫(yī)藥科學(xué)院南崗分院心二科痰瘀交阻型室性早搏患者60例,隨機(jī)分為二組,二組之間年齡、病程長(zhǎng)短、性別等無(wú)顯著差異,其中美西律口服組30例,連礞湯灌腸組30例。連礞湯灌腸組給予連礞湯保留灌腸治療,美西律口服組予單純美西律治療,三個(gè)星期為一療程,觀察一療程。分別觀察二組治療后的臨床癥狀、中醫(yī)癥狀積分、24H動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖室早次數(shù)和療效變化情況。結(jié)果:1.在改善中醫(yī)臨床癥狀方面,兩組治療后均能改善患者中醫(yī)臨床癥狀,連礞湯灌腸組與美西律口服組比較有顯著差異(p0.05),連礞湯灌腸組優(yōu)于美西律口服組;2.在室性早搏療效方面,二組治療后均能減少室性早搏的發(fā)生次數(shù),連礞湯灌腸組與美西律口服組比較無(wú)顯著差異(p0.05),連礞湯灌腸組療效近似于美西律口服組。結(jié)論:1.連礞湯灌腸治療痰瘀交阻型室性早搏療效顯著,能改善患者臨床癥狀,提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。2.連礞湯灌腸治療痰瘀交阻型室性早搏,能明顯減少室性早搏發(fā)生頻率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Professor Guo Wenqin, a famous Chinese medicine professor, in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type ventricular premature beat (PVCs) by using Chinese medicine theory. To explore the feasibility and application value of LianMengtang enema in TCM. Methods: sixty patients with ventricular premature beats of phlegm and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, duration of disease, sex and so on. There were 30 cases in mesiglitazone oral group and 30 cases in LianMengtang enema group. LianMengtang enema group was treated by retention enema with LianMengtang, and mesiglitazol oral group was treated by mesiglitazol alone, three weeks as a course of treatment, and a course of treatment was observed. The clinical symptoms, TCM symptom score, 24 H ambulatory electrocardiogram (24 H) ventricular premature rate and curative effect were observed in the two groups. Results: 1. In improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the two groups can improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine after treatment, LianMengtang enema group and mesiglitazol oral group have significant difference (p0.05), LianMengtang enema group is better than methyclol oral group; 2. In terms of the effect of ventricular premature beat, both groups could reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beat after treatment. There was no significant difference between LianMengtang enema group and mexilol oral group (p0.05), and the curative effect of LianMengtang enema group was similar to that of mesiglitazol oral group. Conclusion: 1. Mengtang enema treatment of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction of ventricular premature beats has a significant effect, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients. 2. Mengtang enema can reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beats.
