火針配合艾灸治療結節(jié)囊腫性痤瘡的臨床觀察

【摘要】：研究目的：本研究重點在于觀察火針配合艾灸治療結節(jié)囊腫性痤瘡臨床療效以及火針配合艾灸治療結節(jié)囊腫性痤瘡的安全性。本次研究以臨床觀察所得到的數(shù)據(jù)和結果作為依據(jù),為臨床針灸結合治療結節(jié)囊腫性痤瘡提供一種思路。研究方法：(1)本次研究計算需要88例結節(jié)囊腫性痤瘡患者,并把收集的受試者其隨機分為對照組及治療組兩組。(2)治療組采取火針配合艾灸的治療方法,對照組采取阿達帕林凝膠聯(lián)合夫西地酸乳膏的治療方法。(3)研究結束后將臨床觀察治療前、后所得到的數(shù)據(jù)用Excel記錄后進行量化處理,再應用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS17.0進行統(tǒng)計分析。研究結果：本次研究共收集符合要求的病例88例,無剔除病例,脫落3例。兩組患者的性別、年齡、病程及治療前病情輕重程度進行比較,具有可比性(P0.05)。(1)經(jīng)28天治療后治療組、對照組總有效率分別為90.5%,65.1%。治療組及對照組臨床療效方面比較具有明顯差異(P0.05)。并且將兩組治療后結節(jié)數(shù)目、囊腫數(shù)目的、皮損質(zhì)地、皮損腫痛、皮損顏色的評分進行比較,治療組在結節(jié)囊腫數(shù)目減少方面及皮損質(zhì)地、皮損腫痛皮損改善方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。但是在改善皮損顏色方面治療組、對照組比較無明顯差異(P0.05)。(2)治療組及對照組兩組在減少結節(jié)數(shù)目、囊腫數(shù)目及改善皮損的質(zhì)地、腫痛、顏色上兩組比較均有不同程度的下降(P0.05),說明本次研究所采用的兩種治療方案都對結節(jié)囊腫性痤瘡均有一定的臨床療效。(3)2個月后對兩組治療有效的患者進行隨訪,治療組、對照組復發(fā)例數(shù)分別為5例、8例,將兩組復發(fā)率進行比較具有明顯統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),說明火針配合艾灸組在遠期療效上明顯優(yōu)于對照組。研究結論：火針配合艾灸及療法及外用夫西地酸乳膏配合阿達帕林凝膠療法都可以減少皮結節(jié)數(shù)目、囊腫數(shù)目以及改善皮損質(zhì)地、顏色、腫痛等臨床癥狀,但在總療效方面前者優(yōu)于后者。在遠期療效方面比較,火針配合艾灸遠期療效優(yōu)于對照組阿達帕林凝膠聯(lián)合夫西地酸乳膏。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with moxibustion in the treatment of nodular cystic acne and the safety of fire needle combined with moxibustion in the treatment of nodular cystic acne. Based on the data and results obtained from clinical observation, this study provides a way to treat nodular cystic acne with acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: (1) 88 patients with nodular cystic acne were calculated and randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group. (2) the treatment group was treated with fire needle combined with moxibustion. The control group was treated with adaphalin gel combined with fossidine acid cream. (3) the data obtained before and after clinical observation were quantitatively processed with Excel records after the end of the study. Then the statistical software SPSS17.0 is used for statistical analysis. Results: 88 cases were collected, 3 cases dropped out. Sex, age, course of disease and severity of the disease before treatment were compared between the two groups (P0.05). (1) after 28 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 90.5 and 65.1, respectively. There was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). The number of nodules, the number of cysts, the texture of the lesions, the swelling and pain of the lesions, the color of the lesions were compared between the two groups. In the treatment group, the number of nodule cysts and the texture of the lesions were decreased. The improvement of skin lesions was better than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups (P0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the color of lesions in the treatment group (P0.05). (2). The number of nodules, the number of cysts and the texture, swelling and pain of the lesions were reduced in the treatment group and the control group. The color of the two groups were decreased in different degrees (P0.05). The results showed that both of the two treatments were effective in the treatment of nodular cystic acne. (3) two months later, the patients in the treatment group and control group were followed up, 5 cases in the treatment group and 8 cases in the control group. The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different (P0.05), indicating that the long-term efficacy of fire acupuncture plus moxibustion group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: fire needle combined with moxibustion and therapy and external application of Fusidi acid cream combined with adalin-gel therapy can reduce the number of cutaneous nodules, the number of cysts, and improve the texture, color, swelling and pain of skin lesions and other clinical symptoms. But the former is superior to the latter in the total curative effect. The long term curative effect of fire needle combined with moxibustion was better than that of the control group.
