【摘要】：針刺作為中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)療法之一,在臨床應(yīng)用范圍甚廣,其療效的影響因素也頗多,如醫(yī)者對患者疾病的判斷認(rèn)識(shí)、醫(yī)者對治療疾病的針刺器具的選擇及其操作手法、疾病的載體和針刺治療的受體之患者、就診環(huán)境都可影響針刺的療效。文章旨在重申臨床針刺需要注意的因素,以期更好地指導(dǎo)和提高針刺的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:As one of the traditional Chinese medicine therapies, acupuncture has a wide range of clinical applications, and has many influencing factors on its curative effect, such as the doctors' understanding of the patient's disease, the choice of the acupuncture apparatus for the treatment of the disease, and their operation methods. Both the carrier of the disease and the recipient of acupuncture treatment can have an impact on the efficacy of acupuncture. The purpose of this article is to reaffirm the factors needing attention in clinical acupuncture, so as to better guide and improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture.
