【摘要】：目的:探討與過(guò)敏性鼻炎相關(guān)的臟腑經(jīng)脈及其虛實(shí)情況,以便更好地指導(dǎo)針灸對(duì)此病的治療。方法:將來(lái)將來(lái)自我院符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的50例患者,應(yīng)用寸口脈診判斷其十二經(jīng)脈及臟腑的虛實(shí),再采用經(jīng)脈診察法中的“循法、按法”檢查六陽(yáng)經(jīng)在頸項(xiàng)部的“上入穴”,當(dāng)某“上入穴”出現(xiàn)壓痛≥++時(shí)為陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)點(diǎn),把脈診結(jié)果結(jié)合陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)點(diǎn)所在的經(jīng)脈判斷出與過(guò)敏性鼻炎相關(guān)的經(jīng)脈臟腑以及其虛實(shí)情況,并計(jì)算出與此病相關(guān)的臟腑經(jīng)脈的百分率,并附上2例典型病案。結(jié)果:在50例急性過(guò)敏性鼻炎患者中:膽(經(jīng))虛35例,占70%;實(shí)15例,占30%。肝(經(jīng))實(shí)5例,占10%。膀胱(經(jīng))虛38例,占72%。腎(經(jīng))虛34例,占68%。大腸(經(jīng))虛29例,占58%;實(shí)2例,占4%。肺(經(jīng))虛31例,占62%。胃(經(jīng))虛24例,占48%。脾(經(jīng))虛17例,占34%。三焦(經(jīng))虛32例,占64%。結(jié)論:過(guò)敏性鼻炎影響到的經(jīng)脈不僅局限于與過(guò)鼻部的胃、大腸經(jīng)有關(guān),還與足少陽(yáng)膽經(jīng)、足太陽(yáng)膀胱經(jīng)、手少陽(yáng)三焦經(jīng)等經(jīng)脈相關(guān);影響到的臟腑不限于傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)上的肺、脾、腎三臟,而且還與肝臟等臟腑相關(guān);過(guò)敏性鼻炎患者中以臟腑經(jīng)脈虛損情況偏多,其中虛損的經(jīng)脈臟腑主要與足太陽(yáng)膀胱經(jīng)、足少陽(yáng)膽經(jīng)、手少陽(yáng)三焦經(jīng)、足少陰腎經(jīng)以及手太陰肺經(jīng),與肝經(jīng)有關(guān)的以實(shí)證為主。過(guò)敏性鼻炎可影響到全身多個(gè)臟腑經(jīng)脈;每個(gè)患者受累及的臟腑經(jīng)脈都不一定相同。
