【摘要】：目的:探討銀翹消風(fēng)飲治療脂溢性皮炎(肺胃熱盛證)的臨床療效。方法:選取64例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的脂溢性皮炎患者作為研究對象,病例均來自黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院國醫(yī)堂皮膚科門診和黑龍江省醫(yī)院(香坊總院)皮膚科門診,按就診順序,隨機分為兩組:治療組和對照組,治療組給予銀翹消風(fēng)飲口服,對照組給予甘草鋅顆�？诜�。以4周為一個療程,分別于治療2周和4周后觀察并記錄兩組癥狀積分,應(yīng)用SPSS21.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:1.治療2周后,治療組和對照組與各自組別治療前的癥狀積分比較,均有顯著性差異(P0.05);治療4周后,治療組和對照組的癥狀積分比較,有顯著性差異(P0.05)。2.治療4周后,治療組總有效率為96.88%,對照組總有效率為71.88%,兩組患者療效比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.銀翹消風(fēng)飲是治療脂溢性皮炎(肺胃熱盛證)的有效方劑。2.銀翹消風(fēng)飲治療脂溢性皮炎(肺胃熱盛證)療效優(yōu)于甘草鋅顆粒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Yinqiao Xiaofeng decoction (YJXY) in treating seborrheic dermatitis. Methods: Sixty-four patients with seborrheic dermatitis were selected from the Department of Dermatology of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of Dermatology of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital (Xiangfang General Hospital). According to the order of visit, they were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was given Yinqiao Xiaofeng Yin orally, and the control group was given the licorice and zinc granules orally. The symptom scores of the two groups were observed and recorded after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment respectively. SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1. After 2 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference in symptom score between treatment group and control group before treatment (P0.05); after 4 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference in symptom score between treatment group and control group (P0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.88 and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.88. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. Yinqiao Xiaofeng Yin is an effective prescription for seborrheic dermatitis. The curative effect of Yinqiao Xiaofeng Yin in treating seborrheic dermatitis (lung and stomach heat syndrome) is better than that of licorice and zinc granules.
