【摘要】：脈象信息的定量描述是脈診客觀化研究的必經(jīng)之路,為此,各種脈象采集設(shè)備應運而生,脈象采集設(shè)備的研發(fā)大大推動了脈診客觀化進程,然而目前的研究在臨床應用中仍然存在著不足。為了使得脈象采集設(shè)備能真正的為臨床服務,通過對中醫(yī)脈象采集設(shè)備研究及市場化產(chǎn)品等的論述,分析了脈象采集設(shè)備研究存在的不足之處,探討了運用單一或者幾個特征指標來描述脈象信息還遠遠不夠,只有基于中醫(yī)系統(tǒng)、辨證兩大基本理論,遵循“位、數(shù)、形、勢”脈診綱要,結(jié)合不同的信息采集手段,從多角度、多層面對信息進行挖掘,才能進一步促進脈診客觀化研究。
[Abstract]:The quantitative description of pulse information is the only way to study the objectification of pulse diagnosis. For this reason, various pulse acquisition devices come into being, and the research and development of pulse acquisition equipment greatly promote the process of pulse diagnosis objectification. However, the current research in clinical application is still inadequate. In order to make the pulse acquisition equipment truly serve for the clinic, through the discussion of the research on the pulse acquisition equipment and the market-oriented products of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the research on the pulse acquisition equipment. It is not enough to use single or several characteristic indexes to describe pulse information. Only based on TCM system, two basic theories of syndrome differentiation, follow the outline of "position, number, form and potential" pulse diagnosis, and combine with different means of information collection. In order to further promote the research of pulse diagnosis, we can mine the information from many angles and many levels.
