【摘要】：目的:探討推拿手法延緩周圍神經(jīng)損傷后失神經(jīng)肌萎縮的作用效應(yīng)和途徑。方法:將失神經(jīng)支配的家兔90只按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為正常組6只、模型對照組42只和手法治療組42只,手法治療組家兔采用按揉法治療,模型對照組與正常組家兔不做處理。在實(shí)驗造模成功后的第1、2、3周以及第1、2、4、6月逐月取每個小組的6只新西蘭家兔進(jìn)行實(shí)驗指標(biāo)檢測腓腸肌肌電圖、腓腸肌收縮力、收縮位移。結(jié)果:手法治療組與模型對照組比較,復(fù)合肌肉動作電位波幅、收縮力和收縮位移均大與模型對照組,統(tǒng)計學(xué)上有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:推拿手法能改善失神經(jīng)骨骼肌電生理及骨骼肌收縮功能,促進(jìn)骨骼肌再生修復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of massage on denervated muscle atrophy after peripheral nerve injury. Methods: ninety denervated rabbits were randomly divided into normal group (n = 6), model control group (n = 42) and manipulation treatment group (n = 42). Six New Zealand rabbits from each group were taken in June to measure the electromyography (EMG), the contractile force and the contractile displacement of gastrocnemius muscle. Results: compared with the model control group, the amplitude of action potential, the contractile force and the contractile displacement of the combined muscle in the manipulation treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model control group (P0.05). Conclusion: massage manipulation can improve the electrophysiology and contraction function of denervated skeletal muscle and promote the regeneration and repair of skeletal muscle.
