【摘要】：目的:觀察在王清任"久病入絡(luò)"理論指導(dǎo)下,運(yùn)用身痛逐瘀湯加減方結(jié)合放血療法治療僵硬期肩周炎患者的臨床療效。方法:將42例符合入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者隨機(jī)分成治療組(n=21)和對(duì)照組(n=21);治療組采用身痛逐瘀湯加減方結(jié)合放血療法治療;對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)牽伸療法;對(duì)所有患者進(jìn)行為期4周的治療。在治療前后對(duì)患者進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià)及CMS評(píng)定,評(píng)估兩組患者治療前后肩關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙改善情況。結(jié)果:治療后,對(duì)照組及治療組的臨床療效、CMS總分及各項(xiàng)評(píng)分較治療前明顯改善(P0.05)。治療組治療后的臨床療效、CMS總分及各項(xiàng)評(píng)分較對(duì)照組的得分差異有顯著意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在王清任"久病入絡(luò)"理論指導(dǎo)下,運(yùn)用身痛逐瘀湯加減方結(jié)合放血療法治療僵硬期肩周炎患者的臨床療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)牽伸療法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with bloodletting therapy under the guidance of Wang Qing Ren's theory of "long illness into collaterals". Methods: 42 patients who met the criteria of admission were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (n = 21) and the control group (n = 21), the treatment group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with bleeding therapy, and the control group was treated with routine drafting therapy. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. The improvement of shoulder dysfunction before and after treatment was evaluated by evaluating the curative effect and CMS before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the clinical efficacy, CMS score and scores of the control group and the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P0.05). There were significant differences in clinical efficacy, total CMS score and scores between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: under the guidance of Wang Qing Ren's theory of "long illness into collateral", the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with bleeding therapy is superior to that of routine drafting therapy in treating patients with stiff shoulder periarthritis.
