【摘要】：隨著我國2020年全面進(jìn)入老齡化社會,原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥(Osteoporosis,OP)的發(fā)生率逐年提高,預(yù)計(jì)到2020年全國在OP方面的醫(yī)療支出將達(dá)到850億人民幣,所以找到一種起效快、療效明顯、療程短的治療方法至關(guān)重要。分析近年來中藥治療及靶向治療骨質(zhì)疏松癥的研究進(jìn)展,論證中藥靶向療法治療OP是一種可行的方法。檢索近5年中醫(yī)藥骨靶向治療骨質(zhì)疏松癥的相關(guān)資料并進(jìn)行總結(jié)。中藥骨靶向治療OP已成為研究熱點(diǎn),多項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明其具有顯著的療效,中藥骨靶向治療OP有著廣泛的前景。
[Abstract]:With China entering an aging society in 2020, the incidence of primary osteoporosis (Osteoporosis,OP) is increasing year by year. It is estimated that the national medical expenditure on OP will reach 85 billion RMB by 2020. The curative effect is obvious, the treatment method of short course of treatment is very important. In this paper, the recent advances in the treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and its targeting therapy are analyzed. It is demonstrated that TCM targeting therapy is a feasible method for the treatment of OP. To search and summarize the relevant data of bone targeted treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine in recent 5 years. Chinese medicine bone targeted therapy for OP has become a research hotspot, many experiments show that it has a significant effect, Chinese medicine bone targeted treatment of OP has a wide range of prospects.
