【摘要】：目的:王文正,男,1932年出生,山東泰安人。著名中醫(yī)消化病專家,山東省名老中醫(yī)。出生于中醫(yī)世家,其父為泰安當?shù)孛t(yī),王老自幼秉承家技,鉆研岐黃之術(shù)。他聰慧好學,虛懷上進,博覽群書。1955年入第一期山東省中醫(yī)進修班學習,畢業(yè)后分配到山東省中醫(yī)院從事中醫(yī)臨床、科研和教學工作。在其一生的醫(yī)療生涯中,積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗,創(chuàng)立了一整套獨特的臨床辨證辨病體系,其醫(yī)德、醫(yī)術(shù)聲譽省內(nèi)外。王老在其六十余載的業(yè)醫(yī)生涯中,不遺余力地教書育人,培養(yǎng)了大批的中醫(yī)骨干,為促進中醫(yī)學術(shù)、中醫(yī)臨床研究和中醫(yī)事業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻了全部力量。他精通臨床各科,畢生致力于消化病學的研究,形成了自己獨到的學識見解,積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗,療效卓著。現(xiàn)王老年事已高,如何將他的學術(shù)經(jīng)驗匯編整理,世代相傳,造福于民,是我們義不容辭的責任。本文旨從王老治療脾胃病、肝膽系統(tǒng)等疾病的學術(shù)思想和臨床辨證用藥特色加以整理和探討,以期將王老畢生積累的寶貴經(jīng)驗得以繼承和發(fā)揚。方法:本文通過對王文正教授臨證醫(yī)案及學術(shù)思想的整理研究,撰寫論文,從:1.王文正教授的成才經(jīng)驗研究;2.王文正教授學術(shù)思想研究;3.王文正教授關(guān)于脾胃病辨證論治經(jīng)驗總結(jié);4.王文正教授關(guān)于肝膽病證辨證論治經(jīng)驗總結(jié);5.王文正教授關(guān)于其他疾病辨證論治經(jīng)驗總結(jié)6.王文正教授常用對藥特點總結(jié)以上六個部分來具體論述。結(jié)果:整理研究王文正教授的學術(shù)思想及臨床經(jīng)驗,使王老的寶貴學術(shù)經(jīng)驗得以繼承和發(fā)揚。結(jié)論:王老投身于醫(yī),默默耕耘,其嚴謹?shù)闹螌W態(tài)度和謙虛好學的品德,值得我們學習,他寶貴的學術(shù)思想和臨床經(jīng)驗,值得我們?nèi)ダ^續(xù)探研。
[Abstract]:Objective: Wang Wenzheng, male, was born in Taian, Shandong province in 1932. Famous Chinese medicine digestive disease expert, Shandong Province famous old Chinese medicine. Born in a family of traditional Chinese medicine, his father is a famous local doctor Tai'an, Wang Lao inherited the skills of the family, the study of yellow technology. He studied in the first class of Shandong Province in 1955. After graduation, he was assigned to the Shandong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital for clinical, scientific research and teaching work. In his medical career, he has accumulated rich clinical experience and established a set of unique clinical syndrome differentiation system. During his more than 60 years of medical career, Wang Lao spared no effort in teaching and educating people, cultivated a large number of backbone of TCM, and contributed to the development of TCM academic, clinical research and the cause of TCM. He is well versed in clinical sciences and devoted to the study of digestive diseases all his life. He has formed his own unique knowledge and accumulated rich clinical experience and remarkable curative effect. Now that Wang is old, it is our duty to compile and collate his academic experience for the benefit of the people from generation to generation. The purpose of this paper is to arrange and discuss Wang Lao's academic thoughts and clinical characteristics of differentiation and medication for diseases such as spleen and stomach disease, liver and bile system, in order to inherit and carry forward the valuable experience that Wang Lao accumulated throughout his life. Methods: through the study of professor Wang Wenzheng's clinical medical records and academic thoughts, this paper is composed from: 1. A study of Professor Wang Wenzheng's experience in becoming a Talent; 2. Professor Wang Wenzheng; 3. Professor Wang Wenzheng's experience in treating Spleen-stomach Disease; 4. Professor Wang Wenzheng's experience on syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver and gallbladder disease; 5. Professor Wang Wenzheng's experience in treating other diseases based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Professor Wang Wenzheng used to sum up the characteristics of the above six parts to discuss in detail. Results: to study Professor Wang Wenzheng's academic thought and clinical experience, Wang Lao's valuable academic experience can be inherited and carried forward. Conclusion: Wang Lao devoted himself to medicine and worked in silence. His rigorous attitude and modest character are worthy of our study. His valuable academic thought and clinical experience are worthy of our further study.
