【摘要】：《素問·陰陽應(yīng)象大論》云:"地之濕氣,感則害皮肉筋脈。"外濕從足下上行侵襲人體,其中脾為中土,喜燥惡濕,脾為外濕所困則失于運(yùn)化,內(nèi)濕泛溢,土為金之母,脾虛及肺,肺主氣屬衛(wèi),衛(wèi)氣去,皮膚不收;脾主血屬營,營血澀,四肢痿廢不用,筋肉緩縱不收。故脾為水濕轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)之樞機(jī),避外濕的同時健脾燥脾則皮肉筋脈之病俱去。古今醫(yī)家在治療此類疾病時依據(jù)這一理論,從脾土出發(fā)基于培土制水進(jìn)行辨證論治取得良好療效,分析其治則治法及方藥配伍的特點,為后世治療外濕引起的相關(guān)疾病提供經(jīng)驗。

Therefore, the spleen is the cardinal of water-wet transport, while avoiding dampness, spleen-dryness and spleen-dryness is the disease of skin, muscle and veins. According to this theory, doctors of ancient and modern times obtained good curative effect from spleen soil on the basis of culture soil and making water with soil, and analyzed the characteristics of the principle of treatment and the compatibility of prescription and medicine. To provide experience for future generations in the treatment of related diseases caused by external dampness.
