【摘要】：對(duì)《中醫(yī)耳鼻咽喉科常見病診療指南》進(jìn)行臨床應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià),為《指南》修訂提供依據(jù)。評(píng)價(jià)分為適用性評(píng)價(jià)和應(yīng)用性評(píng)價(jià)兩部分,前者采用調(diào)查問卷方法,由中醫(yī)師獨(dú)立填寫《中醫(yī)臨床診療指南適用性調(diào)查問卷》;后者采用前瞻性病例調(diào)查分析方法,由主管醫(yī)生填寫《中醫(yī)臨床診療指南應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)病例調(diào)查表》。采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法。完成適用性評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查問卷151份,應(yīng)用性評(píng)價(jià)觀察了1 016例患者。結(jié)果顯示:88.74%熟悉《指南》,45.70%使用過《指南》;《指南》的質(zhì)量、應(yīng)用相關(guān)項(xiàng)目在適用性和應(yīng)用性評(píng)價(jià)中比較一致,除"調(diào)攝預(yù)防"外,其他項(xiàng)目好評(píng)度均超過85.00%。提示《中醫(yī)耳鼻咽喉科常見病診療指南》質(zhì)量較高,并且能夠較好指導(dǎo)和應(yīng)用于臨床。未來《指南》修訂過程中,應(yīng)改進(jìn)"調(diào)攝預(yù)防"部分內(nèi)容,并納入循證醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù),以最終提高臨床使用率。
[Abstract]:The clinical application of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Otorhinolaryngology in traditional Chinese Medicine was evaluated in order to provide the basis for the revision of the guidelines. The evaluation is divided into two parts: applicability evaluation and application evaluation. The former adopts questionnaire method, and Chinese medicine doctor fills out the applicability questionnaire of clinical diagnosis and treatment guide of TCM independently. In the latter, the prospective case investigation and analysis method was used, and the competent doctor filled out the questionnaire for the application of the guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Descriptive statistical analysis method was used. 151 questionnaires were completed and 1016 patients were observed by application evaluation. The results showed that 88.74% were familiar with the guidelines and 45.70% had used the guidelines. The quality of "Guide", the application of relevant items in the applicability and application evaluation is more consistent, except for "adjustment prevention", the other items are more than 85.00 degree of praise. The results suggest that the quality of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in otorhinolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine is high, and it can be used in clinical practice. In the course of future revision of the guidelines, we should improve some of the contents of "modulation prevention" and incorporate evidence based medical evidence in order to eventually increase the clinical use rate.
