【摘要】：目的:基于現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析探索慢性支氣管炎的病因病機(jī)及證素分布規(guī)律,為揭示其病因病機(jī)提供依據(jù)。方法:基于已建立的《現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)肺病數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)》和《期刊中醫(yī)肺病數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)》,建立《現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)診治慢性支氣管炎文獻(xiàn)研究數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)》,利用SPSS 22.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:慢性支氣管炎主要病因(1 365條)有外感、內(nèi)傷、痰、虛、寒、熱等,病機(jī)以肺失宣肅、痰濁阻肺、氣虛、痰熱犯肺、肺失清肅較為常見。病性證素以寒、氣虛、痰、風(fēng)、熱等為主,病位主要在肺,涉及脾、腎和表、里。單一病性證素以氣虛、陽(yáng)虛、陰虛、痰較常見,病位主要在肺、脾;二病性證素以風(fēng)+寒、痰+熱、痰+寒較為常見,三病性證素以風(fēng)+寒+痰常見,二、三病性證素組合病位主要在肺。結(jié)論:現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)對(duì)慢性支氣管炎病因病機(jī)認(rèn)識(shí)與專著論述大致相同,但較專著更加豐富,有待于進(jìn)一步總結(jié)和臨床驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze and explore the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis and the distribution of syndromes in order to provide evidence for revealing the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis. Methods: based on the established database of pulmonary diseases of modern famous Chinese medicine (TCM) and the database of TCM pulmonary diseases (TCM periodicals), the database of literature on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic bronchitis by modern famous Chinese medicine (TCM) was established and analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software. Results: the main etiology of chronic bronchitis (1 365) was exogenous, internal injury, phlegm, deficiency, cold, heat, etc. The disease syndrome is characterized by cold, deficiency of qi, phlegm, wind, heat and so on. Qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm are common in the single disease syndrome, the disease location is mainly in the lung and spleen; Two disease syndrome is wind cold, phlegm heat, phlegm cold is more common, three disease syndrome is wind cold phlegm common, two, three disease syndrome element combination disease position is mainly in the lung. Conclusion: the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis is similar to that of the monograph, but it is more abundant than the monograph, which needs further summary and clinical verification.
