【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)搜集、整理有關(guān)中醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)中古今醫(yī)家治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的方劑資料,探討中醫(yī)藥治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的方藥組方配伍規(guī)律,客觀地總結(jié)出符合中醫(yī)理論的方藥證治規(guī)律,從而為變應(yīng)性鼻炎的臨床選方用藥提供借鑒。方法:本研究以中醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)理論和中醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)學(xué)研究方法為基礎(chǔ),與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)手段相結(jié)合,并借助“中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)”軟件,將變應(yīng)性鼻炎的文獻(xiàn)資料分為古今兩部分,對(duì)其進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的整理、分析,總結(jié)治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的組方用藥規(guī)律。結(jié)果:現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)搜集并篩選出治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎方劑252首,涉及中藥206種,總計(jì)2540味次,中藥性味以辛溫為主,主歸肺、脾經(jīng),其中解表、補(bǔ)虛類藥物最多,常見證型為肺氣虛寒型,出現(xiàn)頻率最高的藥物組合是防風(fēng)-黃芪;古代文獻(xiàn)共入組方劑74首,涉及中藥137種,總計(jì)621味次,中藥性味也以辛溫為主,主歸肺、脾、胃經(jīng),其中解表、補(bǔ)虛類藥物使用頻次最多,常見證型為外感風(fēng)寒型和肺脾氣虛型,出現(xiàn)頻率最高的藥物組合是甘草-防風(fēng)。結(jié)論:該研究系統(tǒng)總結(jié)出中醫(yī)藥治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的組方用藥規(guī)律:常以辛溫、歸肺脾經(jīng)藥物為主,解表、補(bǔ)虛并舉,佐以疏肝活血清熱之藥,扶正祛邪,從而為該病的中醫(yī)辨證論治提供更加充分的理論支撐和完善的組方用藥思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to collect and sort out the prescriptions of ancient and modern Chinese medicine for allergic rhinitis, and to discuss the law of prescription compatibility of Chinese medicine in treating allergic rhinitis, and to sum up the law of prescription and treatment according with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine objectively. So as to provide a reference for the clinical prescription of allergic rhinitis. Methods: the literature of allergic rhinitis was divided into two parts, which were based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the research method of traditional Chinese medicine philology, combined with statistical means, and with the help of the software of "Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant system", the literature data of allergic rhinitis were divided into ancient and modern parts. Comprehensive and systematic arrangement, analysis, summary of the treatment of allergic rhinitis prescription. Results: the modern literature collected and screened out 252 prescriptions for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, involving 206 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, 2540 times in total. The main flavor of traditional Chinese medicine is Xin Wen, the main flavor is the essence of the lung, the spleen meridian, among which, the dissolving table, tonifying deficiency drugs are the most. Common syndrome type is lung qi deficiency cold type, the highest frequency of drug combination is Fangfeng-Astragalus; There were 74 prescriptions in the ancient literature, involving 137 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, 621 times in total. The main flavor of traditional Chinese medicine was Xin Wen. The main flavor of traditional Chinese medicine was returned to lung, spleen and stomach meridian. The common syndromes were exogenous wind-cold type and lung and spleen qi deficiency type, and the most frequent drug combination was liquorice-Fangfeng. Conclusion: this study systematically summarizes the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis: it is usually composed of Xin Wen, the medicine of the lung and spleen meridian, the dissolution of the table, the combination of tonifying and deficiency, and the combination of the drugs of soothing the liver and activating the blood and clearing the heat, so as to invigorate the qi and dispel the evil. Thus, it provides more theoretical support and perfect prescription for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
