【摘要】：目的:臨床上,痛經(jīng)作為婦科常見病、多發(fā)病,已嚴重影響廣大女性的生活質量,日益受到人們的積極關注。無論在身體狀況、痛經(jīng)程度、痛經(jīng)持續(xù)時間、伴隨癥狀及妨礙工作學習生活程度方面,均對患者生理、心理均造成不同程度傷害,痛經(jīng)已成為影響女性患者生活、學習、工作的主要因素。本課題主要觀察口服暖宮七味丸配合中藥穴位貼外敷治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)(寒凝血瘀行)的臨床療效。通過課題的研究為進一步臨床推廣提供依據(jù)。從臨床實踐研究的角度證明中醫(yī)外治法治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的良好療效,在痛經(jīng)尤其是頑固性痛經(jīng)的治療上提供更好的優(yōu)選方案。方法:本研究采用隨機、對照的方法進行規(guī)范化臨床研究觀察,選取二零一五年一月至二零以六年一月期間,就診于吉林省中醫(yī)院婦科門診的原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)(寒凝血瘀型)患者,將符合納入標準的72例,隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組36例,口服暖宮七味丸配合自擬中藥穴位貼外敷為治療組。單純口服暖宮七味丸對照組。主要觀察各組患者治療前后的痛經(jīng)癥狀改變統(tǒng)計其療效。于治療結束后(1個療程)進行周期性隨訪,觀察并評價其臨床療效。結果:本課題通過隨機、對照觀察原則,對符合納入標準的72例原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)(寒凝瘀型)患者進行臨床觀察研究,結果顯示:治療組臨床治愈17例,占47.22%;顯效10例,占27.78.56%;有效5例,占13.89%;無效2例,占5.56%;總有效率為94.44%。對照組臨床治愈12例,占33.33%;顯效7例,占19.44%;有效9例,占25.00%;無效8例,占22.22%;總有效率為77.78%。結論:口服暖宮七味丸配合自擬中藥穴位貼外敷治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)(寒凝血瘀型)療效顯著,使用安全性好,無副作用,中醫(yī)藥綠色治療,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: clinically, dysmenorrhea, as a common gynecological disease, has seriously affected the quality of life of women. In terms of physical condition, degree of dysmenorrhea, duration of dysmenorrhea, accompanying symptoms and obstructing working, learning and living degree, it has caused different degrees of injury to the patient's physiology and psychology. Dysmenorrhea has become an impact on the life and learning of female patients. The main factor of work. This paper mainly observed the clinical effect of oral warm-gongqi-Wei pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on primary dysmenorrhea (cold coagulation and blood stasis). The research provides the basis for further clinical popularization. From the point of clinical practice, it is proved that the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on primary dysmenorrhea and provides a better choice in the treatment of dysmenorrhea, especially intractable dysmenorrhea. Methods: a randomized, controlled clinical study was conducted in this study. Patients with primary dysmenorrhea (cold coagulation and blood stasis type) were selected from January 2015 to January 20, 2015 to January 20 to 6 years in gynecological outpatient department of Jilin Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. 72 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The control group was treated by oral administration of Wengong Qiwei pills. The changes of dysmenorrhea symptoms before and after treatment were observed. At the end of treatment (1 course of treatment), periodic follow-up was carried out to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: 72 cases of primary dysmenorrhea (cold coagulant stasis type) were studied by random and controlled observation principle. The results showed that 17 cases (47.22%) were clinically cured in the treatment group. There were 10 cases of remarkable effect (27.78.56), 5 cases of effective (13.89%), 2 cases of ineffectiveness (5.56%), and 94.4444% of total effective rate. In the control group, 12 cases (33.33%) were clinically cured; 7 cases (19.4444) were markedly effective; 9 cases (25.00%) were effective; 8 cases (22.22%) were ineffective; the total effective rate was 77.78%. Conclusion: the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (cold coagulant and blood stasis type) by oral heating and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint plaster is effective, safe and without side effects. The green treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is worth popularizing in clinic.
