【摘要】：目的觀察靳三針療法結(jié)合Myo Trac治療儀對(duì)腦癱患兒粗大運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的影響。方法將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的90例腦癱患兒隨機(jī)分為治療組、對(duì)照1組和對(duì)照2組,入組前均進(jìn)行粗大運(yùn)動(dòng)功能88項(xiàng)測(cè)試量表(GMFM-88項(xiàng))評(píng)定和粗大運(yùn)動(dòng)功能分級(jí)系統(tǒng)(GMFCS)分級(jí)。治療組予靳三針療法結(jié)合Myo Trac并輔以常規(guī)運(yùn)動(dòng)療法;對(duì)照1組予靳三針療法結(jié)合常規(guī)運(yùn)動(dòng)療法;對(duì)照2組予Myo Trac結(jié)合常規(guī)運(yùn)動(dòng)療法�；純悍纸M治療4周后、8周后和12周后分別進(jìn)行GMFM-88項(xiàng)評(píng)定。結(jié)果治療12周后,治療組評(píng)分(50.95±20.83)明顯高于其入組評(píng)分(36.52±18.70)(P0.01),且療效(50.95±20.83)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照1組(38.54±23.30)(P0.05)和對(duì)照2組(39.99±19.64)(P0.05)。此外,在治療12周后GMFCS為Ⅱ級(jí)的患兒平均提高分明顯高于Ⅳ級(jí)患兒(P0.05)。結(jié)論靳三針療法、Myo Trac與常規(guī)運(yùn)動(dòng)療法相結(jié)合療效確切。GMFCS分級(jí)為Ⅱ級(jí)的患兒在經(jīng)過(guò)治療干預(yù)后其粗大運(yùn)動(dòng)功能提高幅度高于Ⅳ級(jí)的患兒。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Jin three-needle therapy combined with Myo Trac on coarse motor function in children with cerebral palsy. Methods 90 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (control group 1) and control group (control group 2). Before admission, 88 items of coarse motor function scale (GMFM-88) and (GMFCS) grading system of coarse motor function were performed. The treatment group was treated with Jin three-needle therapy combined with Myo Trac with routine exercise therapy; the control group with Jin three-needle therapy combined with routine exercise therapy; the control group with Myo Trac combined with routine exercise therapy. After 4 weeks of treatment, 8 weeks and 12 weeks, the children were assessed with GMFM-88. Results after 12 weeks of treatment, the score of the treatment group (50.95 鹵20.83) was significantly higher than that of the entry group (36.52 鹵18.70) (P0.01). The curative effect (50.95 鹵20.83) was significantly better than that of the control group (38.54 鹵23.30) (P0.05) and the control group (39.99 鹵19.64) (P0.05).
