【摘要】：目的:以針灸有效病癥失眠為切入點(diǎn),全面地收集和整理古代醫(yī)家治療失眠的針灸處方,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)從中探求針灸治療失眠的選穴及配伍規(guī)律,并建立優(yōu)選規(guī)律譜。目的在于為腧穴優(yōu)選及配伍方案的基礎(chǔ)理論和臨床研究奠定基礎(chǔ),為針灸治療失眠的規(guī)律性研究尋找突破。方法:以《中華醫(yī)典》(第五版)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用Excel收集和整理民國(guó)前針灸治療失眠的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并建立文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。借助數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)對(duì)腧穴的選用頻次、歸經(jīng)、屬性、分布及配伍等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,形成腧穴優(yōu)選及腧穴配伍優(yōu)選規(guī)律譜。結(jié)果:經(jīng)篩除和整理,共收集到有關(guān)失眠的針灸處方文獻(xiàn)358條,涉及99個(gè)腧穴,總頻次為498次,涵蓋14條經(jīng)脈。腧穴頻次分析結(jié)果:以太淵、隱白、期門、神庭、陰陵泉居多;經(jīng)脈關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果:以足太陰脾經(jīng)與足太陽(yáng)膀胱經(jīng)為主;部位關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果:以四肢部和胸腹部腧穴居多;特定穴關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果:以五輸穴與交會(huì)穴為最;配伍關(guān)聯(lián)分析:多穴處方在該時(shí)期相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中僅占22.07%,配伍的意義不明顯。結(jié)論:1、古代治療失眠的針灸處方以單穴處方為主,配伍處方相對(duì)較少,配伍的規(guī)律及優(yōu)勢(shì)在該時(shí)期還未得以呈現(xiàn)。2、古代針灸醫(yī)家主要立足于從肝脾胃論治失眠,注重特定穴的使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to collect and sort out the prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating insomnia with acupuncture and moxibustion effective disease as the breakthrough point, and to explore the point selection and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion for insomnia by using data mining technology, and to establish the optimal selection law spectrum. The purpose of this study was to lay a foundation for the basic theory and clinical study of the optimal selection and compatibility of acupoints, and to find a breakthrough in the regular study of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating insomnia. Methods: based on the Chinese Medical Code (Fifth Edition), Excel was used to collect and organize the literature about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of insomnia before the Republic of China, and to establish the basic database of literature. With the help of data mining technology, the selection frequency, meridian, attribute, distribution and compatibility of acupoints are statistically analyzed to form a spectrum of the optimal selection of acupoints and the optimal selection of acupoints. Results: through screening and sorting, 358 prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion were collected, involving 99 acupoints, with a total frequency of 498, covering 14 meridians. The results of frequency analysis of acupoints were as follows: Taiyuan, Yinbai, Shimen, Shenting, Yinlingquan, meridian correlation analysis results: the main results were foot Taiyin spleen Meridian and foot Sun bladder Meridian, the results of site correlation analysis were as follows: the acupoints of limbs and chest and abdomen were the majority; The results of specific acupoint association analysis: Wuyou point and renshen acupoint were the most; compatibility correlation analysis: Multi-point prescription only accounted for 22.07 in the relevant literature in this period, the significance of compatibility was not obvious. Conclusion: 1. The prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating insomnia in ancient times was mainly single point prescription, the prescription of compatibility was relatively few, the law and advantage of compatibility had not been presented in that period. 2. The ancient acupuncture and moxibustion doctor mainly based on treating insomnia from liver, spleen and stomach. Pay attention to the use of specific points.
