【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代生活環(huán)境和生活節(jié)奏的改變,以心血管、腫瘤、糖尿病等為代表的諸多慢性復(fù)雜性疾病的發(fā)病率和病死率逐漸增高,嚴(yán)重威脅人類健康。西醫(yī)學(xué)針對單一靶點的藥物治療模式在復(fù)雜性疾病的治療中收效甚微。中醫(yī)以其特有的理論體系和遣藥組方原則,以開放的、整體的觀念看待疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展,在疾病前善于"未病先防",在疾病中長于"既病防變",在治療中利用中藥復(fù)方多靶點調(diào)節(jié)的優(yōu)勢,針對復(fù)雜性疾病的不同階段分別進(jìn)行干預(yù)和治療,將為復(fù)雜性疾病的治療帶來新的希望。
[Abstract]:With the change of modern living environment and life rhythm, the morbidity and mortality of many chronic complex diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, tumor disease, diabetes mellitus and so on, are increasing gradually, which seriously threaten human health. Western medicine for a single target drug treatment model in the treatment of complex diseases has little effect. With its unique theoretical system and the principle of prescribing medicine, TCM views the occurrence and development of diseases in an open and holistic way. It is good at "prevention before illness" and "prevention before illness", and is better than "prevention of both diseases" in diseases. In the course of treatment, the advantage of multi-target regulation of Chinese medicine compound is used to intervene and treat the complex diseases in different stages, which will bring new hope for the treatment of complex diseases.
