【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)中醫(yī)療法預(yù)防腦卒中后抑郁(PSD)的有效性。方法 2名研究員以"針刺""針灸""中藥""預(yù)防""腦卒中""中風(fēng)""Chinese herb""acupuncture""prevention""post stroke depression"為主題詞系統(tǒng)檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)數(shù)據(jù)庫、VIP數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、Pub Med、MEDLINE 5個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫的較高質(zhì)量隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(RCT)、半隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(CCT)文獻(xiàn),經(jīng)嚴(yán)格篩選、排除后,對(duì)符合要求的文獻(xiàn)利用Rev Man5.3軟件進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果共納入8篇符合要求的文獻(xiàn),1065例患者,Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,中醫(yī)療法與對(duì)照組相比較,能有效預(yù)防腦卒中后抑郁癥的發(fā)生,OR=0.38,95%CI[0.28,0.51](P0.00001)。結(jié)論中醫(yī)療法能有效預(yù)防PSD的發(fā)生,但是由于研究樣本量較少,仍需更多優(yōu)質(zhì)文獻(xiàn)予以驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy in the prevention of post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods two researchers used "acupuncture", "acupuncture," traditional Chinese medicine, "prevention of stroke," Chinese herb, "acupuncture," prevention, "post stroke depression" as the subject words to systematically search the (CNKI) database and VIP database in China. The literature of (RCT), semi-randomized controlled trial (CCT) with high quality in Wanfang database and 5 databases of Pub Med,MEDLINE was selected strictly and excluded, and the literature that met the requirements was evaluated by Rev Man5.3 software. Results A total of 8 articles were included, 1065 patients were included. Meta analysis showed that TCM therapy could effectively prevent depression after stroke compared with the control group, OR=0.38,95%CI [0.280.51] (P0.00001). Conclusion TCM therapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of PSD, but because of the small amount of research samples, it still needs more high-quality literature to verify.
