【摘要】：目的:觀察大柴胡湯治療中風(fēng)后便秘(少陽陽明合病)的臨床療效,總結(jié)導(dǎo)師臨床經(jīng)驗,為中風(fēng)后便秘(少陽陽明合病)的治療提供新思路與方法。為用胡希恕六經(jīng)八綱理論體系指導(dǎo)中風(fēng)后便秘提供切實可靠的理論依據(jù)。方法:采用隨機(jī)、對照的臨床試驗方法,觀察中風(fēng)后便秘患者72例,對照組給予六味安消膠囊口服以及基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組給予中藥顆粒劑大柴胡湯口服,療程14天。分別于治療后第1周、第2周進(jìn)行療效評估。結(jié)果:入組患者病例共72例,脫落3例,統(tǒng)計病例數(shù)共計69例。經(jīng)過本方案治療1周后,治療組、對照組與治療前的癥狀積分相比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),但組間無明顯差異(P0.05);治療兩周后兩組與治療前癥狀積分比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);組間比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:在胡希恕六經(jīng)八綱辨證理論體系的指導(dǎo)下,大柴胡湯在治療中風(fēng)后便秘(少陽陽明合病)及改善其他癥狀方面有顯著優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu decoction in treating constipation after apoplexy (Shaoyang Yangminghe disease), summarize the clinical experience of tutor, and provide a new idea and method for the treatment of constipation after apoplexy. To provide a practical and reliable theoretical basis for the theory system of Hu Xishu's six Meridians and eight principles guiding constipation after apoplexy. Methods: a randomized, controlled clinical trial was conducted to observe 72 patients with constipation after stroke. The control group was treated with Liuwei Anxiao capsule and basic treatment. The treatment group was treated with Dachaihu decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine granule, for 14 days. The therapeutic effects were evaluated at the first week and the second week after treatment. Results: there were 72 cases in the group, 3 cases dropped out, 69 cases were counted. After one week of treatment, there were significant differences in symptom scores between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). After two weeks of treatment, the difference between the two groups and pre-treatment symptom score was statistically significant (P0.05); there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: under the guidance of the theory system of differentiation of symptoms and symptoms, Dachaihu decoction has significant advantages in treating constipation after apoplexy (Shaoyang Yanghe disease) and improving other symptoms.
