【摘要】：目的觀察和評價開喉劍噴霧劑治療小兒皰疹性咽峽炎的臨床療效。方法選取我院2015年5月至2016年11月收治的皰疹性咽峽炎患兒150例(含門診及住院部)作為研究對象,并將其隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組各75例。兩組患兒均給予常規(guī)治療,治療組患兒在此基礎(chǔ)上加用開喉劍噴霧劑直噴患處,療程3~5d,觀察兩組患兒的體征變化及臨床療效。結(jié)果療程結(jié)束后,治療組的總有效率為90.7%,對照組的總有效率為74.7%,兩組數(shù)據(jù)差異明顯,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=10.25,P0.05)。治療組患兒的退熱時間、咽痛消失時間和皰疹及潰瘍消失時間,與對照組患兒相比均明顯縮短,具有顯著性差異(P均0.01)。結(jié)論開喉劍噴霧劑治療小兒皰疹性咽峽炎的臨床療效顯著,可有效緩解臨床癥狀,縮短治療時間,值得臨床上進一步推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of open larynx spray in treating herpes isthmus in children. Methods from May 2015 to November 2016, 150 children with herpes isthmus (including outpatient and inpatient department) were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 75 cases in each group. Two groups of children were given routine treatment, on the basis of this treatment group, the children in the treatment group were directly sprayed with open larynx spray for 3 days for 5 days to observe the changes of physical signs and clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results after the course of treatment, the total effective rate was 90.7 in the treatment group and 74.7 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 10.25). The antipyretic time, the disappearance time of pharynx pain, herpes and ulceration in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion the treatment of herpes isthmus in children with herpes isthmus by open larynx spray is effective in relieving clinical symptoms and shortening the time of treatment. It is worthy of further popularizing and applying in clinic.
