【摘要】：蘇北名醫(yī)余無言擅治疑難重病和傷寒、溫病,尤其擅長使用下法,首重大黃,文章通過病例的整理分析,分別從其用下法治療的疑難病病種,下法治療疾病癥狀,下法所用常用方劑和加減,下法的用藥及用量,下法的時機選擇幾方面,總結(jié)了余無言在運用下法治療重病,疑難病的經(jīng)驗。目前,中醫(yī)臨床主要治療慢性病,治療重病急癥的機會相對較少,下法的應(yīng)用和研究亦較少。文章通過對余無言下法的經(jīng)驗進行整理與研究,希望能為疑難重病下法的應(yīng)用提供思路及借鑒。
[Abstract]:Yu Wu, a famous doctor in northern Jiangsu, is good at treating difficult and difficult diseases, typhoid and febrile diseases, especially good at using the following method, the first weight of rhubarb. Through the analysis of the cases, the article separately deals with the disease symptoms from the kinds of difficult diseases treated with its method. This paper summarizes the experience of treating serious diseases and difficult diseases by using the method without words in several aspects, such as the commonly used prescriptions, the addition and subtraction, the medication and the dosage of the method, and the choice of the timing of the method. At present, TCM clinical treatment of chronic diseases, the treatment of serious emergency opportunities are relatively less, the application and research of the method is also less. In this paper, the author collates and studies the experience of the method without words, and hopes to provide some ideas and references for the application of the method of difficult and serious diseases.
