【摘要】：目的:探究芪竭顆粒對(duì)盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥患者血清SOD、MDA及血清炎癥因子水平的影響。方法:選擇72例盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥患者,隨機(jī)分成2組,每組36例。對(duì)照組予頭孢西丁靜點(diǎn)以及口服強(qiáng)力霉素等抗生素治療,治療組給予芪竭顆粒治療,連續(xù)服藥2周,檢測(cè)治療前后血清SOD、MDA、炎癥因子水平以及血液血流變,療效以及安全性。結(jié)果:與治療前比較,2組血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8水平降低(P0.05),MDA、癥狀積分降低(P0.05),TGF-β1、SOD水平升高(P0.05);與對(duì)照組比較,治療組血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8水平較低(P0.05),MDA、癥狀積分較低(P0.05),TGF-β1、SOD水平較高(P0.05),全血黏度、血漿黏度、紅細(xì)胞壓積以及紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)指標(biāo)較低(P0.05),臨床療效較高(P0.01),安全性較好。結(jié)論:芪竭顆粒對(duì)盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥有較好臨床療效,明顯改善癥狀以及炎性因子水平,促進(jìn)盆腔血液循環(huán),且能降低MDA水平,升高SOD水平,安全性較好。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of Qizhao granule on serum SOD,MDA and inflammatory factor levels in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae. Methods: 72 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae were randomly divided into 2 groups, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics such as cefoxitin and oral doxycycline, while the treatment group was treated with Qilu granule for 2 weeks. The levels of serum SOD,MDA, inflammatory factors and hemorheology were measured before and after treatment. Efficacy and safety. Results: compared with before treatment, the serum TNF- 偽, IL-1 尾 and IL-8 levels in the two groups were decreased (P0.05) and the TGF- 尾 1sod levels were increased (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum levels of TNF- 偽, IL-1 尾 and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower (P0.05), the), MDA, symptom score was lower (P0.05), the level of TGF- 尾 _ 1sod was higher (P0.05), the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, The index of hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index was lower (P0.05), the clinical efficacy was higher (P0.01), and the safety was better. Conclusion: Qizhao granule has good clinical effect on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. It can obviously improve symptoms and inflammatory factors, promote blood circulation of pelvic cavity, decrease MDA level and increase SOD level, and the safety is good.
