【摘要】：目的:觀察青鵬膏劑大椎穴貼敷對(duì)大鼠血清中組織胺和緩激肽含量的影響。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠30只,隨機(jī)分為青鵬膏劑穴位貼敷組、電針組和空白對(duì)照組,每組10只。青鵬膏劑組大鼠大椎穴區(qū)局部剃毛后涂抹青鵬膏劑,電針組大鼠大椎穴給予電針刺激。采用酶聯(lián)免疫技術(shù)檢測(cè)大鼠血清中組織胺和緩激肽的含量。結(jié)果:與空白對(duì)照組比較,青鵬膏劑穴位貼敷組和電針組大鼠血清組織胺和緩激肽的含量均明顯升高(P0.05),且青鵬膏劑穴位貼敷組大鼠血清組織胺的含量明顯高于電針組(P0.05)、緩激肽含量與電針組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:青鵬膏劑穴位貼敷可致大鼠血清組織胺和緩激肽的含量明顯升高,這可能是青鵬膏劑藥效作用的機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of Qingpeng plaster on the contents of histamine and bradykinin in serum of rats. Methods: thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into Qingpeng plaster acupoint application group, electroacupuncture group and blank control group with 10 rats in each group. The rats in Qingpeng paste group were smeared with Qingpeng plaster after local shaving, and the rats in electroacupuncture group were stimulated by electroacupuncture at Dazhui point. The contents of histamine and bradykinin in rat serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: compared with the blank control group, the contents of histamine and bradykinin in serum of the rats in the Qingpeng plaster group and electroacupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The content of serum histamine in Qingpeng plaster group was significantly higher than that in electroacupuncture group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in bradykinin content compared with electroacupuncture group (P0.05). Conclusion: the content of histamine and bradykinin in serum of rats can be significantly increased by applying Qingpeng plaster at acupoint, which may be one of the mechanisms of Qingpeng plaster.
