【摘要】：崩漏是婦科的常見疑難重病,是腎-天癸-沖任-胞宮生殖軸失調(diào)所致月經(jīng)周期、經(jīng)期、經(jīng)量的嚴(yán)重紊亂。李坤寅教授認(rèn)為腎虛血瘀為其根本病機(jī),離經(jīng)之血即為瘀,陰隨血耗則生熱,虛、熱、瘀三者惡性循環(huán),治療上善清補(bǔ)并施,肝脾并重,運(yùn)用周期療法,秉"塞流""澄源""復(fù)舊"三法之旨,配合身心、藥食同調(diào),使藥中肯綮,如鼓應(yīng)桴。
[Abstract]:Insipidus is a common and serious gynecological disease. It is a serious disorder of menstrual cycle caused by the maladjustment of reproductive axis of kidney-tiangui-Chong-Ren-uterus. Professor Li Kun-yin believes that kidney deficiency and blood stasis are its underlying pathogenesis, that blood from the Meridian is blood stasis, and that Yin follows the blood consumption to generate heat, deficiency, heat, and blood stasis in a vicious circle.
