【摘要】：貧血是甲狀腺功能減退癥的血液系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)。陳如泉教授認(rèn)為,本病脾腎陽(yáng)虛為病機(jī)關(guān)鍵,以氣血虧虛為發(fā)展,以血瘀為主要兼證。運(yùn)用西藥聯(lián)合中醫(yī)溫腎補(bǔ)脾、活血化瘀法治療,并靈活選用多種劑型,臨床取得較好療效。
[Abstract]:Anemia is a sign of the blood system of hypothyroidism. Professor Chen Ruquan believes that spleen and kidney yang deficiency is the key to pathogenesis, deficiency of qi and blood is the development, and blood stasis is the main syndromes. Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine to warm the kidney and invigorate the spleen, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were used to treat the patients.
