【摘要】：總結(jié)施杞教授運用八綱辨證論治慢性筋骨病的經(jīng)驗。八綱辨證是分析疾病共性的重要方法,是各種辨證方法的總綱。在診治慢性筋骨病時以八綱辨證作指導(dǎo),具有整體觀和恒動論的特點;運用"三看"的診療思路,洞悉病因,精準辨證。在認識具體疾病的過程中,應(yīng)注重將病變的靶點、圍靶點和整體證候特點相結(jié)合,這樣對疾病的認識會全面準確,治療更加精準,療效更加突出。這些思路充分彰顯了中醫(yī)藥學(xué)的特色和優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Summing up the experience of professor Shi Qi in treating chronic gluten and bone disease with eight principles differentiation of symptoms and signs. The eight principles syndrome differentiation is an important method to analyze the commonness of diseases and is the general outline of all kinds of syndrome differentiation methods. In the diagnosis and treatment of chronic disease of muscles and bones, the eight principles syndrome differentiation is the guidance, which has the characteristics of holistic view and constant movement theory, and the diagnosis and treatment thinking of "three looks" is used to discern the etiology and accurately differentiate the symptoms and signs. In the process of recognizing the specific disease, we should pay attention to the combination of the target of the disease, the surrounding target and the characteristics of the whole syndrome, so that the understanding of the disease will be comprehensive and accurate, the treatment will be more accurate, and the curative effect will be more outstanding. These ideas fully demonstrate the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine.
