【摘要】：目的:觀察強(qiáng)心通脈方聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥治療心衰的臨床效果。方法:選取符合本研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的心衰患者共60例,將這些病例隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組(30例)給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療心衰的藥物,實(shí)驗(yàn)組(30例)在此基礎(chǔ)上加服強(qiáng)心通脈方,每日一劑,治療周期為14天,觀察兩組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后中醫(yī)證候積分、中醫(yī)證候療效、NYHA心功能分級(jí)、血漿BNP水平及心臟彩色多普勒指標(biāo)(LVEDD、LVEF、E/A)變化,并經(jīng)相應(yīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)一步分析判定。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組可明顯改善患者中醫(yī)證候、NYHA心功能分級(jí),降低血漿BNP水平,改善患者LVEDD、LVEF、E/A等心臟彩色多普勒指標(biāo),并且其療效與對(duì)照組相比有顯著性差異。結(jié)論:在西藥常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用強(qiáng)心通脈方可明顯改善充血性心力衰竭患者臨床癥狀、體征,提高患者的心功能,并且療效較單純西藥常規(guī)治療更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Qiangxin Tongmai recipe combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of heart failure. Methods: a total of 60 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group (30 cases) was treated with traditional western medicine for heart failure. The experimental group (30 cases) was treated with Qiangxintongmai recipe once a day for 14 days. The TCM syndromes integral, TCM syndromes curative effect and NYHA cardiac function grading were observed before and after the experiment. The changes of plasma BNP level and cardiac color Doppler index (LVEDD,LVEF,E/A) were determined by statistical method. Results: the experimental group could obviously improve the TCM syndromes, NYHA cardiac function grading, decrease the plasma BNP level, improve the cardiac color Doppler indexes such as LVEDD,LVEF,E/A, and the curative effect was significantly different from that of the control group. Conclusion: the clinical symptoms, signs and cardiac function of patients with congestive heart failure were obviously improved by adding Qiangxintongmai decoction on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine, and the curative effect was better than that of routine treatment of western medicine alone.
