【摘要】：文章總結(jié)何裕民教授治胰腺癌經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)胰腺癌治療以"調(diào)整為先""零毒為佳""護(hù)胃為要"為治療原則,內(nèi)外兼治。根據(jù)胰腺癌臨床表現(xiàn)分為脾虛氣滯、濕熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)、氣血瘀滯、氣血兩虧等,脾虛是胰腺癌患者的共性特點(diǎn),治以健脾和胃辨病論治。同時(shí)針對(duì)性地配合外敷藥來(lái)改善胰腺癌及并發(fā)癥,療效獨(dú)特,使胰腺癌患者生存期有所延長(zhǎng),生活質(zhì)量明顯改善,為胰腺癌治療提供新的思路與參考。
[Abstract]:Professor he Yumin's experience in the treatment of pancreatic cancer was summarized in this paper. The treatment of pancreatic cancer was based on the principle of "adjustment first", "zero poison as the best" and "protecting stomach" as the treatment principle, and both internal and external treatment. According to the clinical manifestations of pancreatic cancer, there are spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, dampness and heat accumulation knot, qi and blood stasis, qi and blood deficiency, etc. Spleen deficiency is the common feature of pancreatic cancer patients. At the same time, combined with external medicine to improve pancreatic cancer and complications, the curative effect is unique, so that the survival time of pancreatic cancer patients has been prolonged, the quality of life has been improved significantly, which provides a new way and reference for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
